I decided to replace the shaver head for my series 9 shaver after 3 years and having skin irritation and burning after shaving. Customer support suggested this replacement and from the very first shave it was like a new shaver with my skin no longer irritated. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND changing the shaver head every 18 months. These heads last years but build up of bacteria if not replaced earlier can cause skin problems. This is the best shaver/head I’ve had in my life.

Marginally better than the previous Braun shaver head 92B. Although is prone to tugging at the hair which I have never experienced before. Regardless of this the shave is really no better than the 92B. This is not an upgrade but just a marketing ploy in my opinion.

Through a close observation of the Series 9 Pro Cassette and a Slight change in shaving practice it’s working very well. $10 cheaper with Boxing Day O/L sale as well.

Glad to get a replacement. Got around 12 months out of the previous one and am happy enough with that as I have course bristles. Sure beats the previous razor and much less expensive than replacing a blade every 5 days or so. I feel I get an equivalent shave as does my partner!
Didn't realise how old my existing cassette was until the foil split and I shaved with the new one. Great product. Improved shave.
I have an early model series 9 9030S and after a lot of research I found out that these newer cassettes fit all series 9 shavers. Replacing the cassette has made a big difference, it’s just like a new shaver. Very happy.
Though it still throws whiskers down onto the sink, at least it's a very good cut. Surprised that it works better wet with shaving cream.
I have used Braun for many years and would highly recommend them however this last purchase was not a good experience. I don’t know what happened to Braun’s quality but this replacement head for my Braun 9 series lasted for 6 months, it just fell apart. These consumable parts are not covered by any warranty. Given Braun recommend to replace every 18 months this is very poor.
This is the first time I have replaced the cassette since I bought the Series 9 new some years ago. It made a significant difference because the blades degrade very gradually. After all, what is the point of owning a premium razor if it won’t cut properly.
Excellent service, Braun is a good razor but Shaver head doesn't seem to last as long as Braun suggest (18 months), more like less that 12 months. The replacement foil head is very expensive.
