When switching to a healthier diet, my breath can become disgusting! Breath pearls help rectify that situation. They are easy to swallow and improve your breath.
I purchased these as a novelty to see if they would work. I can't chew gum during work hours, but this has actually been helpful to keep my breathe smelling clean during the work day. When you swallow the small capsule, you get can taste the peppermint oil when it dissolves in your stomach. The taste can last a few hours. So this novelty item actually works. It's great to keep in my desk draw, as a back up instead of having to brush your teeth at work.
I have found these tablets are really helpful, particularly when you have a stomach upset. They are great for clearing your breath, especially if eating garlic and just for general health overall. Highly recommended.
