For many years Ive had sinus issues that doctors kept attributing to allergies but were never treated by anti-allergy medication. Its really impossible to understate the impact. It doesnt fully address my issue, but its a huge improvement and basically makes the difference between spending 30 minutes trying to clear out my sinuses and spending 3 hours trying to clear them out.This review probably doesnt apply to most people, because theres apparently something wrong with the way my nose is shaped the nostrils are extremely narrow if I dont use the strips Im kind of surprised I never noticed until now, or that doctors didnt comment on it. But everyone should at least try these out, since the benefit can be huge if youre one of the people unfortunate enough to have something wrong with their nose.

Basically life changing

These strips work wonders. I have chronic allergies and nasal congestion. Without these strips on, I go through my day to day life without being able to get any air through my nasal passage… at all. Somehow this gets even worse when I’m laying down at night. As soon as I put a strip on, I have 100% perfect airflow through each nostril. The difference is astounding and the feeling of being able to normally breathe is great. I don’t know what I’d do without these things.

Godsend for Nasal Congestion

I’ve got a pretty bad cold (no COVID, thankfully, but still no fun) and my two worst symptoms were nasal congestion and a really bad sore throat. Unfortunately, the nasal congestion was so bad that even with taking OTC meds, I still couldn’t breathe through my nose at all (making the sore throat worse when I had to breathe through my mouth all day and night). I heard these strips could help with this but was skeptical because I thought they were mainly for snoring. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. Immediately I could breathe through my nose. I used three types of these stickers from the same company, the blue, red and green ones, which are excellent types that help breathing at bedtime. My impression is that the red type is the best in effect, but it has a strong stickiness on the nose. It has the effect of opening the breath and the adhesive in it is not very sensitive as it is written, but it is also strong. Therefore, for me, the best type for me is the red one. There is a way that I use to reduce its stickiness on the nose, which is to stick it once and twice on a hard object before sticking it on my nose, and thus it is good and light on my skin. Nit as good as Masterplasters in my opinion.

Save yourself the extra cash spent on these & get Masterplasters. Used To use these for a deviated septum (badly broken nose) that has worsened over the years. I have periods when my nostril blocks & swells more & this is when I use nasal strips. Had to use recently so bought these. Their sticking power is pretty rubbish so I bought Masterplasters at half the price. M.Plasters are much better in my opinion. They even stay put whilst having a bath I've found whilst washing your face providing you don't wash over the strip. I dint usually right a review but thought people could do with saving some cash. The only downside to M.Plasters is they only come in large but you can cut the ends off slightly to fit better. I've found with Breathe Right strips that if you don't put them on properly & have to remove & replace the strip they lose their sticking power quickly, Masterplasters are more stickier so you're able to do this. Save yourself a little cash, and from someone that has a deviated septum I think that's WILL help to eliminate snoring too.

I have been using extra strength Breathe Right strips every night for about three years, as I have bad congestion every time I lay down. I honestly don't know how I ever slept without them. They were a life-saver. However, I recently bought a new box that was the exact same product I've gotten in the past, but it said, "New!" on the front, meaning, I guess, that Breathe Right had changed something about the product. The inside packaging looked different, but the actual strip looked the same. However, when I put it on that night, I could immediately tell that it wasn't right. The adhesive did not stick to my nose, despite the fact that I washed it with soap and dried it before applying it, like I have done every night for three years. Please go back to how the strips used to be because you guys clearly messed something up with your new formula or whatever. As the strips are NOW, I would not recommend them.

I've been using off-brand nasal strips for years. I like a bargain. Last time I shopped, I bought the original Breathe Right Strips. What a difference! I gave my husband a list of all the things I appreciate about the name brand product, and he said I should tell the manufacturer, so here I am. All of these are in direct contrast to the many off-brands I've used: Box - sturdy Box Glue - just enough (doesn't force me to rip the box when I open it the first time) Box Tab - easily fits in the slot, keeps the box closed (doesn't make me smash the box to get the tab in the slot) Wrapper - end tabs where you start to open it are non-stick and one is slightly longer so it's easy to get ahold of them Wrapper Glue - the edges are just sticky enough to hold the wrapper on but ... MoreI've been using off-brand nasal strips for years. These might seem to be small details, but when one uses a nose strip every night and depends on it to get a good night's sleep (I use it with a CPAP machine), these little details start to matter a lot. Nobody wants to fool with a flimsy box that rips, crushes, and won't stay closed, or wake up with the nose strip detached, or be poked in the eye because the nose strip came halfway off while sleeping. All of the problems that have been driving me nuts about my nose strips, and even the things that I was willing to put up with, have been solved for me by buying the original product. I so appreciate buying and using a product that has been well-thought-out and well-made. I cannot express how grateful I am for a manufacturer who has put this much effort into making a quality product. Thank you!

Sleep Game Changer

Love these so much! I used to wake up all the time before I found these. And of course when I woke up I couldn’t fall back asleep. I tried these at a suggestion from a friend and I’ve been sleeping peacefully through the night for months. For the people who say they don’t stick properly…you have to have a clean face with no moisturizer etc. I go one step further and do a tiny bit of astringent or rubbing alcohol and they stick wonderfully. Then I do my serums and moisturizer. I did have trouble with them sticking before I went this route.

Waste of money

I wish I could get my money back. I’ve had terrible sinus congestion and haven’t been able to breathe through my nose the last few days. Thought I’d give these a try after reading such great reviews about them. I didn’t have the problem with them falling off as some people have mentioned. I wore the strip to bed and woke up a short while later with pain inside my nose and burning. Also my ears were very painful! It felt awful. I got up and took the strip off immediately. It took a long time for the pain in my nose to stop but finally it did. I used one strip and now can’t use the rest and am stuck with a box of these and a loss of money.
