Beautiful design, slimmer than most juicers, trusted brand. We haven’t had any problems with this juicer and have used it three times already. The only downside is the cleanup takes a little while. But it is WAY faster to clean than other juicers. From start to finish it takes maybe 10 minutes to wash and clean this by hand. Some pieces can go in the dishwasher but I’m not leaving that to chance. Overall, a really good product.

It Was purchased on Saturday 23rd January 2023. We tried to get it going which took a bit of time. Finally got it started. Then it shut off each time and needed to be re-assembled each time.. We took it apart an put it back together and it started again but soon shut down. We took it back to Briscoes on Monday to be told that it was fine. I started it up again on Monday afternoon and it kept shutting down. After 3/4 of an hour I finally got a glass of juice out of it, after it kept stopping. I could only get it started again by taking it apart each time and then re-assembling it. It shut down halfway through juicing several times and only restarted after I took it apart each time and re-assembled it.. I ended up with juice and produce rubbish all over the bench.An ... This is my second Breville juicer. The first one lasted almost 15 years and it was brilliant. This one is my replacement. Although the Breville Juice Fountain is good it isn’t quite as good as my old one, for one it is a higher power output, but the cylinder is smaller and so the waste pulp is wetter than I’d like - seems I’m wasting juice as it passes through to the waste bucket. The old juicer pulp was a lot dryer, so it seems more juice was extracted. The Breville Juice Fountain is still a great juicer and easy to clean.

I've never used Breville products before, but they came so highly recommended that I figured I'd try out the cold press juicer. From the first use it has been nothing but disappointing. There was SOOO much juice left in the pulp that I squeezed out over 1/4 cup using cheesecloth! I thought maybe it was because I put in whole apples (which I've never done in a juicer before, but saw the Breville boasts it could handle), so I cut up the apples the next time in hopes it would run better. I even watched tutorials on how to juice certain fruit and veggies to ensure I was using it properly! The next time, same thing. There was so much juice left I felt like I could've continued to use my previous, less expensive, older juicer I was looking to replace for this very issue! ... The equipment looks a expensive and sturdy but takes up a lot of space on the counter once completely assembled. So far so good my only complaint is the plunger that is used to push the veggies down the chute must have warped. The advertising says all parts are dishwasher safe excluding the actual juicer of course, but you have to look really close at the plunger because it's not dishwasher safe either. I washed a few times in the washer and now it gets stuck when trying to juice. I know it's a small complaint but it is really annoying having to wiggle, tug and pull just to add more veggies and fruits. I bought it a week ago and this is the first time we used it. It's fine except that I thought it will extract a juice and comes out even a bit "cold" not like kind of warm extracted juice from other juicers I used.Though I am not sure why it's producing so much foam, I thought should give it another shot, but it still came out the same. I don't see much settings or options to adjust anyways. But fairly enough, it is smooth and apple juice came out sweet.We had to put plastic in the basket as it somehow was spilling out though it shouldn't be.I have so much Breville kitchen stuffs and I always give it a try many times to get the result I like.Thank you.

It also sits higher. I decided I didn’t like any of these new features, so it was exactly 11 days from the time I received this juicer until I received juicer Breville model BJE200XL. This is the last juicer I had and threw out because I bought this cold plus juice fountain instead. Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money because I threw out the BJE200XL, then I rebought it, then I threw out this cold plus juicer as well. I kept the blade assembly in case mine ever needs to be replaced. I did not return because I felt bad returning something that I had used. Please heed my words: do not buy this juicer, you will hate it! I am so sorry I ever cheated on my Breville BJE200XL model, but now I have it back and I am never letting it go!

There are many places that are hard to reach and also they retain juice that end up being wasted and also contributes to the gunk I need to scrub off with some weird tools I need to find to reach those hard to reach areas. I also don't like that most of the celery plus come out in big chunks, the juicing mechanism isn't great enough that I need to hand squeeze juice out to get the last 1/4 cup of the juice or so.Also, the meshed stainless part has already broken or has a tear in it, it hadn't affected the juicing ability too much ... Like all Breville appliances, there has been good design built into this juicer. The motor seems powerful enough to cope with any fruit or vegetable you might want to juice, it's not at all noisy, and appears to be solidly built. There are quite a few components, but they fit together easily and are made from a plastic that washes cleanly and quickly. It's probably too big for one person, depending on how much juice you want to make. Pleased with my purchase.
