Breville The Knock Box Mini - Black Truffle

This knock box lasts a few cups of coffee before it needs to be emptied. This works much better than the larger size because it forces you to empty it regularly. I used to wait until the large one was full and they’d go very gross. This one’s perfect!

Awesome size

Well I'm the strong man that knocks out the coffee but this is a great little box that suits the purpose perfectly. A great size so that you don't have too much bench space tied up. Careful....the box says it is stainless but it is black.

Clarification regarding the model

The item on this listing is the Black Truffle BES001BTR and the photos and the model number are correct. It comes in the Stainless Steel model's box with a tiny sticker that indicates that this is the black one. Probably that's why JB has mentioned this model as the Brushed Stainless Steel model. Coffee Grind Heaven

What a civilised way to empty coffee grinds. No more banging on, and potentially damaging, the bench or sink. No more coffee grind water flying everywhere when emptying. Just a few taps on the soft rubber bar and you're good to go for your next caffeine fix. Should have had one of these years and years ago.

Expensive and not solid enough.

I was surprised how much this item cost considering its size and simple design. Bit disappointed in how ineffective it is and how hard you have to hit it to get the coffee out. Would not spend more money on a bigger one myself even if it worked better. Would not recommend.

Perfect for a couple

I was worried about the mini being too small, but it's actually the perfect size for two people. We need to empty it every 5 days (2-3 double shot coffee pucks a day). The inner coating is easy to clean and the pucks don't stick to it. The bar also unlocks and slides out if you want to wash it out with a sponge.

Small and does the job

This is so much better than the massive knock box we had. Smaller is easier to handle, easier to wash, quick to empty, stores in the coffee machine and not on the bench. Perfect for households with a coffee machine and wanting to minimise the space it takes up. Great and worthwhile addition.

The best

A must for all home baristas. A quick tap and you remove all the grounds after making coffee. Has a large storing capacity to save the used beans either for compost bins or spreading around your plants as coffee is an excellent to nourish your plants.
