I've only been on a couple of decent rides on my bridgestone battlaxe hypersport s23's ÿso far. However on the rides that I have taken. I felt like the bike was absolutely glued to thee ground. I was able to push it harder. Than I ever could have with my previous set of tires that's for sure. There won't be any chicken strips on this set of tires. That's for sure! And once again. Ethan at cycle gear really came through on them for me. Ethan work ethic and customer service are of the highest caliber.

Direct replacement for my 2020 SDR and the best OEM tires I've experienced.

Made specifically for the 2020+ Super Duke R, these are very confidence inspiring and are in another dimension compared to the Battlax's that came stock on my 2003 GSX-R1000. So much grip, even when ringing out my SDR. The only downsides are the speed wobbles (due to the high aspect ratio and the SDR's chassis / steep rake) and the tread life. I am replacing my rear tire (front is still good) at only 1,200 miles, as I am at the wear bars. And the first 620 miles were RPM / power mode restricted. Some of the speed wobbles can be mitigated by reducing tire pressures to around 32 psi. But there's one place that these tires are rock-solid, and that's while leaned over. My SDR is more solid at 140 mph while cranked over than my ZX-14R was at 100 mph. This bike INHALES rear tires like no other bike I've owned. So if you want something for sport touring, look elsewhere. These are for intense, fast paced sport riding. At least the wear was completely even over the entire carcass. Luckily, Moto-Mummy price matched and got it here in 2 days. Impressive.

This is my first set on the S23 always ran the S22 and I will say these do out perform the S22's .Great grip from the start. I have ran these with the temps in the 50's up to into the 90's and they grip from the cool temps and into the higher air temps. Would highly recommend these tires especially if you are into running the twisty roads which is my 90% of the time I ride . Very confidence inspiring ! Over-all 10 out of a 10 rating . To early for a tread life rating only have about 800 miles on them .

Great street + track tire
27 May 2024

I've had these on my Yamaha MT-09 for a few months now. The provide a smooth, compliant ride on bumpy midwestern roads. I just did a track weekend at National Corvette Museum and they were fantastic. More grip than I could use, great feel and feedback, and linear profile. I did not use warmers and had zero issues with warmup. My favorite attribute was edge grip. Bridgestone has a special grippy edge compound on the rear and I was able to get amazing drives out of corners at full lean. Can't say enough good things about these tires.

If you like buying tires these are the ones for you
29 July 2024

The only reason I gave two stars was for the grip. These came as standard equipment on my new 2023 MT-10 SP. The reason I am dropping a review is to warn anyone that might actually consider putting money towards these. DON'T. I had heard these were sticky but short-lived tires and I am here to tell you, that is correct. On the ride, they do feel soft and quite grippy however I didn't even get 3000 miles out of my rear tire. In the factory description they talk about triple compound? No way. I wasn't even to the wear bars before a weekend of mountain road riding and before I made it back to the hotel on Sunday I had cords showing in the middle an almost slick out to the edge of the tire.I like riding, not buying tires. I won't be getting these again.

I have factory Bridgestone Hypersport S22’s on my 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R (636) they were installed right from the factory when my bike was built. My tires have 4,400 miles on them with just a little life still left. I was here reading reviews because it’s just about time for a new set. My 636 will be receiving tires for the first time since it was built in Japan lol. And, yesterday I hit two nails that punctured my rear S22 tire. I managed to plug both holes on the side of the highway and I was able to drive home my bike home. Yes, 4,389 miles on these tires. First of all, let me say I have never gotten good motorcycle tire wear in my life. I always chewed through tires… I dunno why. Well, these S22’s held up. The front tire and rear tire have a little tread left in the center, but the front tire is cupped pretty bad. The bike still rides insanely smooth though. Even at hyper speeds. I’m nearing the wear bars as well. I am buying S22’s to replace my factory installed S22’s. I could probably milk them to 5K miles. But, seeing is the front is cupped and I have two plugs in the rear, I say it’s time for new ones. 4,389 miles is nothing short of INSANE!!

Sluggish, poor feel, really bad in cool temps
2 November 2023

Probably the worst tires I've used to date. These things are sketchy as hell when temps are in the 50's or below. The front pushes and the rear steps out under very light load or lean angle. In the 70's they seem OK, but I can't trust them. I've tried running at track pressures, but still have no confidence in them. Steering is sluggish and without much feel, but are easily deflected left or right by the slightest pavement imperfection. Only had them a few hundred miles, so can't speak to longevity. I doubt I'll keep them until worn out, though. Really make me appreciate my Q5s I had previously before a nail got 'em. These were all my Cycle Gear had in stock. Only plus is they absorb small bumps well, so ride is a little smoother. Overall I'd avoid them.

Sticky as all get out

I now have S23 on two of my bikes and have about 1K miles on each set. The tires perform superbly, feel stickier than the S22, and also feel like they have perhaps a slightly more "pointy" profile than the S22 than I originally thought with my first set -- the turn-in feels easier on the same bike than with s22 without making any geometry changes on that bike. This could be just a feeling of putting fresh tires on but I don't think so, as I have used the s22 on that bike extensively and I am familiar with how they feel when new and when worn.Regardless, a superb sticky confidence-inspiring sport tire with nothing to complain about so far. I dont expect any miracles in terms of how long they last because it is always a tradeoff with performance.I did catch a couple ... MoreI now have S23 on two of my bikes and have about 1K miles on each set. They're a fantastic hypersport canyon rider tire :)

They're a fantastic hypersport canyon rider tire...Great if you're doing your first track-day as well. Though they turn-in and handle slower than the RS11, Ill run the S22 in the colder months do to the higher silica content and faster warm up times. I can squeeze about 2200-2300 miles out of a rear(all canyon riding, not commuting). Bridgestone recommends F. 33 PSI and R. 30 PSI for fast canyon and track riding.-m-2016 BMW S1000RR--
