This would be my first choice for any Shiraz, a fantastic shuttle Shiraz at an unbelievable price. Forget the big brands, give it a go, you won’t be disappointed, I wasn’t.

Super rich with fruit cake, spices, black plums, oak chips, and dark chocolate. Similar in nature is the palate. Simply rich and moreish. All dark fruits, cloves, vanilla, and crushed peppercorns. All wrapped beautifully super refined tannins. Pour a glass, leave the bottle and feet up. That’s the recipe for success for anyone!

What started as a promising wine sadly lost it for me with a lingering aftertaste that I can only describe as antiseptic. One glass was more than enough.

Big bold McLaren Vale Shiraz with a good balance of fruit and oak. Great with a nice steak.
