We have only had our Brio for a week. We love it so far. It Is not noisy, we have not noticed any odd flavor or taste problems with our water. Used the self cleaning option, and that took an hour and a half.I’m hopeful it will continue to work as promised. We are not using the hot water and we are able to leave it turned off on our unit...a plus.

DO NOT BUY. The water taste like plastic/chemicals once it goes through the system. I tested it directly from the 5 gallon jug and after it went through the system. My boyfriend had me guess which one was which multiple times. I got it correct each time. Absolutely disgusting water.

Love this unit - never had anything so easy to set up. I enjoy hot tea in the morning and can just fill my cup and go - no microwave or Kcup needed which frees up more time in my mornings. The cold water is just cold enough to drink without ice and its very pretty in my kitchen too. I like the bit water safety feature as well.

It is small enough not over powering the area. Fits in nicely. Easy to use. Water takes better than the bottle water we always buy. Temps are just like they advertise.
I love it. Having hot water is a plus. Very nice system. I use a Spring water delivery service, water tastes great.
First time having a bottom-loading water cooler. Still learning the operational part of it.
I got this item on March 31 and I took it back on May 4th 2020. Water was coming out fine until after a couple of weeks of use. The water started coming out slowly or not at all. You have to keep pressing the button down or hold it down to water to come out. I wouldn't recommend this product. Will purchase the Avalon Electronic Bottom Loading Water Cooler Water.
I love this water cooler, but it was puchased in May and stop working in October; it will no longer cool the water. The hot water feature is nice for instant coffee, tea and soup.
Been looking for a water dispenser for a while and did some reviews and this brand came up as one of the best so I gave it a try and happy with the outcome. Only had it for a month but so far so good..
Took a bit to prime the water pump ,but after that it works great. Not too loud .
