Having bought the Brita M+ Flow Blue 8.2L including 1 water filter from Robert Dyas, at a price that beat any other online retailer, we also bought the Brita Maxtra Water filter cartridges 3 pack. They were much cheaper than any other retailers. We of course, will be back for more when needed. We cannot fault Robert Dyas in an way whatsoever and visit the website every time we need anything. The best value for money, brilliant products and great service. We cannot recommend Robert Dyas strongly enough. Just superb.

Brita Maxtra Filters from Robert Dyas.

I have used a Brita Maxtra Filter Jug for a number of years, and have always bought the replacement filters from Robert Dyas. The water filtered by the system is very pleasant and well worth the cost of the filters, each of which lasts about a month. Robert Dyas always stocks the filters, occasionally at a discount price, and the ease of ordering and paying for the filters and the quick delivery to my home make for a very satisfactory commercial experience.

Bought these for the third time today (swan centre shopping centre, eastleigh) Greeted by a bubbly, professional blonde haired young lady - nice to be welcomed and reassured at this particular time. Found what I needed so my visit was pleasant and swift. Served by another welcoming member of staff. This item is worth investing in, do find a real difference to my tea. They last a reasonable amount of time between replacing filters thus worth purchasing. Well recommend this product aswell as the manner in which I was served by the staff within the store!!

Fantastic Filter

Maxtra+ filters by Brita have never let me down, and it's wonderful to be able to recycle them at Robert Dyas shops. It makes a huge difference to the tapwater I consume, especially in tea - the water here is hard enough to affect the flavour!One word of caution to those who are new to Brita products: The countdown timer built into their pitchers and kettles is not based on the amount of usage of the product, it simply counts down four weeks. So, if you don't use your filter much, it won't need replacing every four weeks; but if you use your filter a lot, you may want to replace it sooner than the timer recommends.

Good Product, But somehow falls slightly short somehow.

Good Product, clean water as usual. Please Note, my Jug use Maxtra Filter not Maxtra + Filter. The Maxtra + filter leaves a big gap just not fit, bought it accidentally before. However I do not understand why this one is slightly shorter than the original filter. They are identical, but this one shorter about 5mm, so there is a water stays on the bottom under the filter which cannot be removed. This can cause all sorts of problem, bad taste of water etc. The solution, every 2nd night take filter out was out the filter holder clean and let it dry or dry it with a Kitchen paper towel. This way you can avoid any problems. I hope this review helps all of you.

Great product

I always come to Robert Dyas for my Brita Maxtra Water filter Cartridges, they always have them in stock and for a good price. They are often discounted. They were not this time but we needed them because we use our Brita filter every day. I'm on my second water filter jug. I had my last one for about 7 years, it was still going strong when I got the new one, I just thought it was a bit tired. I only buy official Brita filters as the water tastes good. I wouldn't want to take a risk on a different type of cartridge. I would recommend to a friend. I actually bought one for my daughter to take to University and she and her friends have used hers. They are extremely useful.

What’s wrong with the Matrix filters. Do not drip.

We ordered 2of these Matrix filters for our Brita water jug . We have just put the second one in because the first one did not drip the water through no matter how you put in in or how much water you put in the jug. Just seeing the picture attached to this mail I see it has Matrix printed on the side . Neither of those that we purchased have anything on them to show they are Brita or Matrix they are blank. Thy arrived in the right sealed packaging. We are not happy with these after years of having used these products. I hop3 someone is reading these and finds out if there’s a problem. We would like to know.
