Having bought the Brita M+ Flow Blue 8.2L including 1 water filter from Robert Dyas, at a price that beat any other online retailer, we also bought the Brita Maxtra Water filter cartridges 3 pack. They were much cheaper than any other retailers. We of course, will be back for more when needed. We cannot fault Robert Dyas in an way whatsoever and visit the website every time we need anything. The best value for money, brilliant products and great service. We cannot recommend Robert Dyas strongly enough. Just superb.

I have used a Brita Maxtra Filter Jug for a number of years, and have always bought the replacement filters from Robert Dyas. The water filtered by the system is very pleasant and well worth the cost of the filters, each of which lasts about a month. Robert Dyas always stocks the filters, occasionally at a discount price, and the ease of ordering and paying for the filters and the quick delivery to my home make for a very satisfactory commercial experience.

I’ve been using BRITA filters for a long time, initially to use with Brita filter kettle, which Brita no longer do. I still have a filter kettle and have been very pleased with the filtration filters. For good value for money I have been purchasing the 12 pack. The customer service is excellent and you can actually talk with a real person don’t change that Brita.

I have often thought of getting a brita jug but the thought of buying endless filters afterwards really put me off. I was given a filter jug by a friend and I was very impressed by the clarity of the drinking water. I ordered replacement filters from Robert Dyas as I use them a lot in the past. The website is easy and straightforward to use and the store phone up when the item is ready to be collected. I would definitely recommend Robert Dyas to all my friends and family.
Glad I bought another jug as I now have one in my motorhome too!Thought I would not like the new top opening but it does work well!I use the water for my dogs, us and plants! My Tassimo machine doesn't rock up so quick either as with my electric kettle also!Service for new memo was great too. I highly recommend Brita!
I have been using these cartridges for many years. I used to use the smaller ones and eventually made the switch to the larger ones. When I have run out or have not used the cartridges, I have certainly noticed the difference with the scum appearing on cups of teaand coffee.
I have just taken part in a survey with a promise of £10 voucher to spend in the Brita online shop. Having done the survey, I now find that you can't purchase the Maxtra filters from the website and that there is a £40 minimum spend. I feel that I have been conned and will not be purchasing any more BRITA branded products in the future.
These filters remind me WHY we filter the water in the first place. The water filters quickly, but well the scum/calcium has been eliminated. I am in the 3rd week with only a little deuteriation in the water. We use a "LOT" of filtered water. These are a little more expensive but they do the job they were bought for.
I bought this about two months ago as I have a Fill and Enjoy water jug for cold tap water, a Coffee maker and a BRITA filter kettle all of which rely on this product. The Maxtra Plus filter is undeniably brilliant at its job in removing the impurities found in tap water. The taste of hot coffee whether made from instant or a pod is so vastly different after the water has passed through the filter. There is no peculiar ‘after taste’ left in my mouth and strangely I don’t seem to suffer a dry mouth that ordinary tap water can leave behind despite its intention to be refreshing. I have always enjoyed drinking water but since using the Maxtra Plus filter, I always drink from the filtered water and not the domestic supply. Together with the jug that this cartridge goes in, his is my first water filter system ever. I'd give it three stars because, without any other systems to compare with, I think it does its job to a standard: it makes the water taste better than straight from the tap, but not really that drinkable on its own. One star further deducted because it doesn't last, for my household of two adults at home all day, the stated 4 weeks. Our first filter lasted three weeks minus a half day. In the absence of an alternative product available at Waitrose currently, I'd keep using it but try to buy on offer.
