I need this product however this is the third one I have bought in the last two years. It is a lot of plastic parts that seem to wear out very quickly and start leaking or the valve stopped completely shutting off the way it should. So while I am happy with a filtered water, I think the product is relatively cheap and ****.

A product and a company you can trust.

I've been using the Brita faucet mounted water filter for a number of years now, and have always been very satisfied with it. In the past we had a few of the faucet mounts' indicator light stopped functioning, but they were always replaced in a timely manner by the company. This has made me a very happy, dedicated customer of Brita.

Bad purchase. Need to return to Walmart.

The Brita faucet housing was a piece of junk. It leaked all around I couldn’t stop that no matter how much I tried to adjust it. I finally took if to Jamestown Walmart and got a refund on that. They wouldn’t give me a refund on the filters they said it was not directly from Walmart. I needed to send them to Walmart for a refund.

My family and I drink a lot of water. By installing this directly to my sink, I save money and I can drink water directly from the sink. I do not like to drink cold water so this is the best product for my needs. It has been well over 3 months and I still haven't had to change it. Not to mention I no longer need to buy as much bottled water. Saving the world while saving money!! I highly recommend this product.

This water filter system screws right onto your kitchen faucet. These are better than PUR because the water flow through the filter is faster and stronger, which means that you don't have to wait forever to fill up your tea kettle. Also, unlike PUR the filter change indicator is more accurate. PUR uses a blinking yellow and red light to indicate that the filter needs to be changed. Unfortunately, the light doesn't always reset to green once you change the filter. Mine stayed red so I had to write down the date and change it 2 to 3 months later. Thing is, water filters are only good up to 100 gallons. If I went over that within a month, the date didn't help. Brita has a green/red indicator but it's not a blinking light. I'd trust the lead removal aspect as well.

Doesn't fit

Is much lighter in weight than the last filter. I then tried to put it on and neither one sent will link on. Had to put my old filter back on and that clicked on immediately. So how do I replace the filter, now?? If they’re not fitting; I assume I’ll have the same issue with another refill. Do I have to replace the entire sink filter? Not happening. They also arrived scratched and dusty. Thought they were returns until I saw the filter color come through. Have to return.

Excellent Product

Very easy to attach to your water faucet. I find it very reliable.Easy to switch from sink water to drinking water. No after taste at all. I refuse to drink bottled water for health reasons. (Bottled water raises estrogen levels). Thank me later!!

I have to replace more frequent

I am living close to this branch in Northyork. I have been using it for years, I am satisfied with the taste and the outcomes. However, I have to replace the filter every month or even sooner if I do not want to face with just dripping water. After 15 days the outletb stream starts decreasing, ends up to dripping in next 15 days. Every day, we pour the faucet filtered water in a 2 liters perich x 2 max. Calxulation for 15 days is: 15 × 2= 30 Liters. The advertise is for 375 liters. Do we have Water issue of City in Northyork, Ontario? Without filtering the tab-water is clear without any visible residue

[Rewarded Review] No pressure and complete disappointment

I bought the full faucet system in chrome in September (2 months or so) and was hoping to make this an enjoyment of drinking fresh on the go filtered water. Nope. The faucet was installed properly, the aerated side has no pressure (I double checked by uninstalling and trying back the original aerator for pressure); the filter side gave me a slow stream of water.1st month- it took a liter bottle to be full in approximately 5 minutes2nd month- the filter started coming out in drops... taking about 7-9 minutesCurrent- stopped working; maybe in 30 minutes it’ll fill up a quarterComplete disappointment. 3 generations we have used the brita pitcher filter system, now the faucet “upgrade” was a “downgrade”.

sent wrong item twice but target has my money so sucks to suck I guess

I received the regular when I ordered Elite. First , I received a box of protein bars with the warehouse sticker for the packer to scan that said elite Brita sink filter so OBVS some one just didn't care. Then when target sent the replacement instead of coming from the warehouse which is preferable it came from the store AND WAS THE REGULAR FILTER NOT THE ELITE. with no invoice in the box. this is exhausting. I don't understand why target doesn't care. I don't have a car and am a single mom. my nearest target is a 30 minute drive down a 80 mph highway and they don't even have Uber or public transportation so there no way for me to remedy this on my own. and I don't have the income to eat targets mistakes. and i love in a place that advises water filters that can ... MoreI received the regular when I ordered Elite.
