We have been through many domestic machines for the same price which are over complicated, unreliable and leave the carpet very wet. This machine is semi commercial and simple to use. The fact that they are machines you can hire validates reliability. Easy to clean after use so happy days and clean carpet.

Bought one of these Britex machines and been extremely happy with it. Fantastic results and great value for money. No need anymore to use professional cleaners that are expensive.

Does an awesome job, now I can clean my carpet like a professional, whenever I want! And Britex customer care is amazing.
We have been through many domestic machines for the same price which are over complicated, unreliable and leave the carpet very wet. This machine is semi commercial and simple to use. The fact that they are machines you can hire validates reliability. Easy to clean after use so happy days and clean carpet.
Bought one of these Britex machines and been extremely happy with it. Fantastic results and great value for money. No need anymore to use professional cleaners that are expensive.
Have used this machine successfully for years but have always hired it..until now! Very powerful suction with great results! Only comment is that the solution hose is now VERY difficult to connect...finally managed to stay on at machine end so have been reluctant to remove the hose again...not like it used to be ( have used one for 25+ years)
Delivery time was woefully slow. The warranty card was dated prior to purchase date. The machine is very loud and leaks from the drain plug unless you fiddle with it vigorously. As a wet vac it works as intended, although the branded chemicals seem marginal. I will explore other options. The spray jets need better alignment and need to be checked prior to operation. Build quality is okay, but not great in my opinion, as is the website backup from the manufacturer.... Have a look their and see what they're at... I'm using this machine as a spot and car upholstery cleaner in a commercial setting... and it mostly works fine, but will have to invest in supplementary machines to cover this ones inadequacies... Had the bissell big green for years and thought l’d give it a go. Poor suction and cleaning performance vs the great bissell big green. Waste of money
Quite effective for carpet cleaning and upholstry, less so for tile and grout cleaning. If you're in the market for a carpet cleaning, skip those domestic appliances and go straight to this machine. Either hire it from Bunnings or buy one. If you want to clean grout and tiles, this machine doesn't seem to do any better than a mop. I would not recommend the grout and tile cleaning attachment.I used the machine to successfully clean a mattress of stains as well as multiple carpeted areas. It's easy to use and works more or less as expected.Cons: 1. The cleaning wand moves around too much and isn't ergonomic. It will probably cause back strain after extended use. 2. I love this cleaning machine - it's expensive, but we have been hiring it a lot. So I guess might as well invest to keep it. Works great.
