I wore Ghost's for years. The 10 was the last and best shoe they made. Since, Brooks for some unknown reason, has continued with every reiteration of this shoe, to narrow the width and curve of the toe box. This forces the runner who would wear a normal width and well fitting shoe into a wide and I'll fitting shoe in every way. I do not have a wide foot. I log about 30-35 miles a week. I'm 5'8 125. I bought 6 pairs of the 10's in anticipation of Brooks tinkering with prototypes that would eventually lead to this very issue. I have long since blown through them. Brooks- if it's not broke, don't fix it. I've moved on. Manufacturers of running shoes feel the need to try to trade up every year and in my opinion, forever hurting your brand.

When I put these shoes on I said to my husband, “now that makes me want to go for a walk!l”. He says: “we’re getting them!” He had taken me shoe shopping for my birthday because I was in desperate need of something comfortable to walk around and exercise in. I am a female with lots of feet problems so finding a shoe that doesn’t feel like torture is quite the challenge. After trying on several pairs of womens shoes, I decided we should look at mens. I pronate and need extra wide space around my toes, plus something that doesn’t feel like it’s pulling me down in weight. These are PERFECT! So incredibly light, so fabulously comfortable, and in solid black you cannot even tell they are “Mens”.

I decided to upgrade from a $60 ASICS / new balance over the years to this $120ish dollar shoe. Felt fine the first wear but slowly over two weeks I started having major foot pain and for the past several weeks been in the care of a podiatrist. Didn’t know what was causing it so I gave my feet a rest from this shoe for 1 week and put them back on today and immediately had pain. I wish I could get my $120 back plus medical bills. Disappointed a shoe at this price caused me pain for weeks. I did a google search and several other people experienced the same issue.

I find these shoes very stable with good cushioning around the heel area. I am usually a size 10 with a narrow fit but size up to a 10.5 in these. I use them for walking 7-10 miles/day. This is my third pair. I was wearing another brand for some time that was very cushioned but I needed more stability after an ankle fracture. These have been great. I purchased the white/ebony/oyster colourway which is really quite cool.
I have been shopping for sneakers for a couple of weeks. I was not satisfied what I was trying on for an upcoming trip that will involve a lot of walking. When I walked into Macy's to return two pair of sneakers I purchased online, I asked the sales girl for her recommendation for the best sneaker to buy. She recommended Brooks. I wasn't looking to spend quite that much money, but once I put these on, I fell in love. They are so comfortable and fit my foot perfectly!! Returned the other 2 pair and purchased these. I also love the look of the shoe, plus just so comfortable.
I have to start with I loved the Ghost 13! I went through 3 pairs of them. When the 14 came out I purchased a pair and was very disappointed with them. They didn't feel the same to me at all. So I was skeptical about buying the 15. Needless to say I LOVE THEM! They are very similar to the 13. Thank you Brooks for taking me back to my happy running place. Great cushion, nice room in the toe box, and true to size. Oh...I am ordering 2 more!I have had 3 knee surgeries and my knees also thank you.
I walk many miles a week for exercise and my feet would hurt. I went to road runner and was fitted properly for sneakers. It was suggested for me to purchase these sneakers and since then I have bought then three times. They are extremely comfortable. My only problem with Brooks is that I don't always love the color choices but I have purchased these Brooks in gray, blue and now black and I've been happy with these choices.
This shoe has been my running shoe go to for years now. It’s a great neutral running shoe and because of that, it supports orthotics beautifully. As a marathon runner, I look for a shoe that offers lightweight comfort. This shoe is perfect for long runs and speed training as it isn’t overly cushioned to get in the way of a quick stride. Also, really great sustainable product too! Bravo to Brooks. Time and time again it delivers.
I have worn ghosts for several years. A while back they had a sock style instead of a sturdier cloth around the foot and I didn't like it at all. I was thrilled when they went back to a traditional sneaker material. Unfortunately without any warning this version is again a sock style structure material around the foot. These just don't support my foot as well. I would not have bought them had I known they were changing styles again.
Bought the sneakers two weeks ago. Very comfortable, sturdy, and a lot of cushioning in the heels. Only problem was I didn't realize that they were an extra wide and all I needed was a wide so there's a little too much room in the toe box. My fault, not the sneakers. I'm on my feet all day at work and a lot of issues that I was having are clearing up. I like the fact they came in all black because it goes with what I need to wear for work I would buy another set, next time paying attention to the width.
