This item has caused me great anxiousness. The machine itself is fab. However connecting to the artspira app to the machine is an absolute nightmare. Managed it in the end with great difficulty

First embroidery machine I've used, I was surprised how easy it was to operate, simple instructions to follow on the screen. I was pleased with the good quality of embroidery. I'm looking forward to many hours of fun and exploring new designs to embroider. If you are new to embroidery machines, this is the one for you.

Needles kept breaking - thread kept snapping. Very stressful experience! Not able to finish any projects. Machine sucked up material and left my top with a huge hole in. Spent loads of money on expensive threads as thought that would solve it. No joy! Will be returning to store.

First embroidery machine I've used, I was surprised how easy it was to operate, simple instructions to follow on the screen. I was pleased with the good quality of embroidery. I'm looking forward to many hours of fun and exploring new designs to embroider. If you are new to embroidery machines, this is the one for you.

I am new to embroidery machines, so can not review as an expert.Despite that, I am finding it a joy. I watched an online video to learn how to use it (a big help, as the instructions are extremely comprehensive to the point of being intimidating!) and am happily crafting away within a week of its purchase .As a machine intended for one colour thread at a time, I find the cost of these machines very high, but the sewing time is speedy and the Brother embroidery support is fantastic. I've already downloaded many embroidery patterns and the machine has worked perfectly every time. It guides you through the embroidery once you know how to use the screen. I wish it could take more than one upper thread at a time, but accept that the cost of such capability is inhibitive for me personally.
Well, I managed to set it up with wifi. Connecting to Artspire is a bit more tricky. But I will keep at it.

I bought this machine as I have recently retired and wanted to start a new hobby. The machine is so easy to use and the touch screen makes it even easier. I have started to embroider items of clothing for my grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I have been sewing for many years but never delved into embroidery machines before . Did my homework and decided this was suitable for my needs . I've just used it for the first time and it is wonderful. Simple easy to use with clear instructions . I am totally sold on this machine and I'm already thinking of different ways to use it . Why didn't I buy this years ago ?
This embroidery machine is great, it's easy to use and great quality embroidery, however could have done with a bigger embroidery hoop, the 100x100mm hoop is not big enough and I often have to split the embroidery projects. The aspire software could also be a lot better, it is near impossible to design your own projects on the app and the photo to pattern feature isn't working at all. Would say it's more a machine for small hobby projects than for experienced embroiders
