Positives: this machine is great for sewing through multiple layers (I have just made a denim bag); the choice of sewing speeds is handy; and I just love the easy needle threader. Negatives: the handle position in relation to the thread spool is a terrible design! The way the thread spool lays within the handle - and the fact that the spool does not stand completely upright - has made changing thread a fiddly chore rather than an easy, simple, quick task....not good for those of us who like to use different thread in the same project.

I have had this machine since they were released and absolutely love it. I do everything on it. Best features are definately the needle threader and 1 step buttonhole foot.

Love my new machine. Has features I didn't have and enjoy using. Wish I had bought it sooner.
I bought this machine mid 2020. It sews ok but no powerful enough to stitch through thick fabric layers. It leaves a mess of thread loops on the bobbin side of the stitched item. I gave made lots of items with this macho& it constantly gets stuck when there are thick layers of fabric such as mask corners. I’m quite disappointed with the machine & am considering returning it.
I bought this machine after doing my research and finding it suitable for what l wanted to do and it was in my price bracket. Unfortunately, it did not do what l thought it would do and had to return it and buy a different brand. I bought this to replace my 30 year old Brother machine that finally died on me.
