Been using this for baking. Great having a larger surface and the delayed time is great for when I'm making sourdough measuring out flours. I don't feel the need to rush back to the scale before it turns off! My other half is looking forward to using it for brewing to use it with milled grain. It will have no problem handling a bucket with the milled grain My only niggle is how long it takes to turn on but otherwise its the best scale I've ever used. Easy to clean too
