Seems to have no affect on myself personally. Container is prob a 1/3 full with product so a waste of packaging and you need 3/4 of a scoop. Why not just include an appropriately sized scoop? I won't be buying again.

This is a great product not my favorite flavor however it still tastes good!MAK fitness also ship fast!
The pineapple coconut is a yummy flavour tastes great. This product gives you the boost you require almost instantly, especially after a work day. I encourage other women to try also.
This pre-workout is the best one I've come across in years. It's really fast acting and hits within 15 minutes. After I started taking this product I get through my session way easier and and it really helps with those last few reps. It even makes your body tingle so you know it's strong. I highly recommend this and wont be changing it up anytime soon
Nice flavor and goes down well but doesn’t give you the kick you need and lacks when your in the gym. Doesn’t do anything, pretty much just a drink. I’d suggest musashi products! Definetly does the job

Taste is great, but that’s it. Very little noticeable effect, and doesn’t dissolve! Tried shaking, stirring, blending and staring at it for ages but still didn’t dissolve properly
not much good... have had much better pre workouts.
