BSN Syntha-6 - Chocolate Cake Batter - 5 lbs

This is by far the best protien powder I've come across. The texture is unmatched and tastes like a cupcake with sprinkles! Perfect after a workout, and you actually look forward to drinking it. This is the only flavor I have tried so far, but I am looking forward to trying the other various flavors offered. Great taste, poor ingredients

Any BSN Syntha-6 product taste great, especially when used with milk. They all taste creamy and not overly sweet. There’s no strong sweetener taste, unlike many other protein shakes. While it does taste great, if you look on the ingredients list you’ll see whey concentrate (One of the lowest quality forms of protein) as the primary ingredient followed by isolate then other protein forms. This along with the high carb and fat content makes for a not very clean shake. You also get a 47 gram scoop size with only 22 grams of protein. This means the remainder of the 47 grams scoop is fillers. I’ve used syntha - 6 on and off the last 5 or so years. Much better than other protein powders

Using Syntha-6 Protein powder to replace one meal each day, in combination with following a ketogenic diet, I not only gained muscle, but very easily dropped 60 lbs. within the short time frame of two months. I'm still dropping weight, and am well on my way to a goal I thought I could never accomplish, which is to come within 20 lbs. of my high school weight. I still use Syntha-6 every day, and know it is a good part of the reason for my recent health transformation. Another thing I'd like to mention about your product is that it's the only protein powder I've ever found that I can take every day over long periods of time, and still like the taste.

Overall good but not a vanlla person

I love BSN Syntha 6! I really enjoy the chocolate one and try to stay away from anything vanilla but because the chocolate and pb flavors were really good, I decided to give this flavor a try.I mix it with almond mix, and it's super smooth! Definitely smells and tastes like vanilla, not the artificial taste either but I'm not sure what I was thinking or hoping? I like vanilla ice cream, but this didn't quite hit the spot so just a 3/5. It's a little sweet for me but a "healthier" indulgence for anyone who likes the vanilla smoothie taste!BSN Syntha 6 overall is really good!

PB Smoothie

This one mixes really well (like all the other flavors of this brand)! PB flavor is subtle but does taste thicker than the chocolate and vanilla. Not overly sweet. PB is subtle but you can definitely smell and taste it, not overpowering! My favorite is the chocolate so this one gets 4/5 because I got tired of it pretty quickly.

Post Workout Milkshake!

My husband and I both tried this product we received on promotion and have drank it multiple times per week post workout. We both do very different things- He's more of a wing it at the gym and I do Orange Theory Classes. I don't think it's been long enough to see the benefits of leaner muscle but it does fill me up and curb my appetite but I think with another month's use I'll see more noticeable results. THE BEST

This flavor and brand is my absolute FAVORITE! I've tried many protein powder brands, but this brand hits different. Super smooth (almost like smoothie) and flavor is subtle, not too overwhelming! I mix it with almond mix and it's amazing! Not too sweet, just right!I have lactose sensitivity so I was weary trying this, but my stomach handles it well! I have no issues with digesting it!
