I bought this about a month ago and have tried it out in a few different settings. It has worked well and adds a nice bit of warmth around the neck on cool autumn mornings. It has also come in handy while doing a sunset hike with temperatures dropping quickly.I like the flexibility of it and have used it as a neck tube, a scarf, and twice as a quick beanie while taking the dogs out for a cool 10pm bathroom trip.I have an 18.5" neck and do find it a little snug around in scarf mode, but it is loosening up with some work to stretch it.

I was extremely skeptical about getting a buff. Frankly, I thought they were goofy. But after seeing other hikers talk about how great they were I grabbed one, and it was a revelation!Comfortable, versatile, lightweight; I can't find anything bad about this.It makes for incredibly versatile headwear, allowing you to adapt to a wide range of needs; neck warmer, keeping your head warm, headband, sun protection, dust/beathing protection, cooling (when wet), all depending on which style you wear it in.Beyond that though it also handy when not hiking as it can be used around camp as a cloth, hot handle grabber and all sorts of other things.I can't recommend this enough if you're hiking. This needs to be in your bag!

I bought this partly as a scarf and partly as a covid face mask. It is truly seamless; the ends are unfinished, cut fabric that does not fray. Since nobody has stitched a seam it looks quite expensive for what it is; a length of cloth cut from a tube. I wouldn't describe it as a tight fit. Perhaps they are tighter than they used to be. The fabric is soft, thin and stretchy. I find it is best to turn half of it inside-out to give the folds more bulk, making it more comfortable. This also helps it stay over my nose when used as a mask, the folded edge being uppermost.

Primarily I ordered this to cover my nose and mouth when shopping. It's also good to cover my head when I'm working in the sun, as a scarf in colder weather, a bandana when I'm sweating, balaclava to keep the chill off my face - basically, an essential bit of kit for hiking or climbing. What's not to like?
While I was purchasing the 'EcoStretch Neckwarmer' which is great under my bike or ski helmet, I also got my son-in-law a Birthday Gift Certificate! He purchased a pair of "Altra Time 3 Shoes"! And he loves them! This is a great way to give a gift you know will be LOVED!
I've had Buff brand products for a few years now and they are great. I have 5 of them now and I use them year round from summer camping to keep the sun off my neck to winter cycling to keep my ears warm and my nose protected.I prefer the Buff Originals without the extra stretch because I find the material is a bit softer without but that one is my go to for the summer time because it breaths a bit better.I can even fold a Buff in half twice to use as a headband under my helmet when winter cycling and it's perfect. The hardest part is keeping my partner away from them :D
I ordered this to use instead of a face mask (they make me breathless, whereas with this I can breath better and pull it down easier if I need to).The item itself is really attractive. It’s not a natural fibre so it’s not as easy to wear as their merino wool ones. But it’s machine washable and much cheaper too.The product was on sale so I got myself a real bargain.Delivery was excellent as was communication regarding dispatch etcI would buy the item again and from this shop too.Great experience.
I have had many buffs over the years and prefer the newer ones for the soft fabric and up to date colors. This color scheme matches a lot of my clothing and will be useful for summer sports.
Love this bear and trees pattern! It's perfect for outdoor forest adventures. I'm a huge fan of backpacking with original buffs because they hide gross hair, keep sweat in check, and provide some ear warmth when things get cold.
What can you say about a Buff, if you haven't got one you've you'll have a copy. The original is larger and more stretchy than the imitations. Hat, scarf, balaclava, Covid mask, water filter....Only thing I've never liked about them is the reverse fabric is dull white. If they could make the base fabric black or dark colour would be vast improvement.
