Finally found somewhere to get pure L-carnitine L-Tartrate form with out breaking the bank. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to mix this product in very little water and how it tastes quite good just on it's own. At first I was worried about taste as I am very fussy but I enjoy drinking this slight sour taste which is nice.

This form of the product seems more convenient and cheaper to use than buying the pills from other places. One packet should last ages. Even though I have been taking the recommended dose, eating a fairly healthy diet, and exercising regularly, I cannot see whether or not this product is working for me. Naturally, it has a strong unique smell and can taste unpleasing if not mixed with something of flavour. In general, Bulk Nutrients has always been a great company with excellent customer service, and extremely fast delivery times even for interstate customers.

I have been taking L-carnitine (2-3Mg)per day. First I have tried it with food which contain at least 30g of Carb and 30g of protein (based on what people said on the internet). Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Second I took it on the empty stomach just mixed it with water then I have breakfast 30mins after. I can feel slight differences taking it this way. I have a bit more energy when I do my exercise. However, it wasn’t enough to help me to last until the end of my exercise. I still feel fatigue. My excercises are cross fit, HITT, etc.
Carnitine is a very useful supplement for those following a plant-based diet. I haven't been able to find it being sold for cheaper than at Bulk Nutrients. Aussie As.
I started using L Carnitine and Beta Alanine at the same time so I can't say for certain the benefits of using just one but adding both to my daily pre-workouts have been great! I'm sustainably losing 1% per pinch whilst gaining a kilo of muscle each fortnight. Recommended.I've rated that taste level high but tbh all I can taste is my pre-workout.

Has a fishy smell offer opening. Previous l-carnitine products I've had were mixed at about 75% and didn't have this issue.Aussie as, mixes well and there is no fish smell or taste after mixed. Just the normal sour taste.

This is my first time using l-carntine. After using it for 2 weeks I am noticing a huge difference in my performance.
