Bulldog Gin is an exceptional premium gin from England that became a high-flyer in international bars after its release in 2006. Bulldog Gin is characterised above all by its exotic flavours and aromas. The botanicals used include the Chinese fruit "Dragon Eye" (related to the more well-known lychee), lotus leaves, poppy seeds, coriander, lavender and liquorice. Distilled four times in copper stills using the traditional pot still method, the gin is very smooth and easy to savour. Bulldog Gin lies elegantly on the palate without appearing too dominant. A special gin that is well worth trying. Bulldog Gin is also visually characterised by an unusual bottle, a black, darkened bottle with an implied studded collar on the neck, which immediately catches the eye.

Smooth delicate however dynamically botanical with a delicate kick of citrus. The ideal center ground among Tanqueray and Hendrick's. The perfection and profundity of Tanqueray with the citrus/skin and rose of Hendrick's. Blends delightfully. $29 in Ontario.

Gracious man don't know whether it is winged serpent eye or poppy yet this one... tastes extremely extraordinary! Astonishing gin. Genuine delight tasting it perfect (even like it as such) or on the rocks. Incredible on the button genuine variative on the sense of taste. Numerous unpretentious notes opening in an alternate manner with an each taste. Incredible in G&T and dry martinis as well. Best gin Ive ever attempted to date. That is all.

You could definitely call Bulldog smooth. But you could also call it bland. It’s completely inoffensive but it also lacks any strong flavors. You could definitely give it a shot. But Hendricks or Botanist are better options within the same price range.

Mehh, this is somewhat complex but not as good as Tangueray and I’m not crazy about Tangueray. Not as neutral as I prefer. Beefeater, Gin Lane 1751 or as a treat wonderful Roku is better for me.
Unfortunately the bottle was slightly open-possibly when it has been pushed in to the protective packing, which meant some of the gin had leaked out-not ideal. My husband loves this gin so hopefully not too much is gone before he gets it.
It was a true pleasure to taste Bulldog Gin, which had a precise and unique blend of botanicals. It pairs incredibly well with many different mixers and is perfect for cocktails.
