Burberry My Blush Eau De Parfum 30ml Spray

I would give this 3.5 stars. I've now had this perfume for 5 months and feel I can give a through review. It's pretty inoffensive so perfect to wear for every day and to the office (now that we all have to go back...). However when I find that the sent seems to fade by lunch time (12:30-1) and I usually spray it on at 6:30 when I'm getting ready in the morning. It definitely leans more floral. However I think I wish I bought the original My Burberry. This was definitely a blind buy. This sensual scent brings me back to crisp, autumn days. The woodsy cedar notes are an absolute perfect complement to any cool day or night. It’s classified as a “floral fruity” scent, but on me, it definitely pulls more of the warm vanilla and cedar notes. The top notes are fruity upon opening, with peach, pear, apricot, black currant, and green apple. The middle notes are more floral with jasmine, moss, and sandalwood. Finally, the base notes (which on me are the most noticeable and last the longest) are a warm inviting vanilla, fresh cedar, and musk. This is such a beautiful fragrance. If you love cedar, you’ll love this!

I got a deluxe sample of this perfume in a Sephora sampler. My Burberry Blush is a fruity floral fragrance that is pretty light and airy. It definitely is not overpowering or offensive in any way. I pick up the smell of pomegranate and rose at first sniff. This fragrance is good by itself, but it is described as a layering fragrance that mixes well with other fragrances. I haven’t tried this yet as my deluxe sample is harder to apply without a sprayer. I also wouldn’t want to feel like I need to mix a $100 perfume with anything else 🤷‍♀️. I probably wouldn’t purchase a full size of this fragrance but it is nice to have the larger sample to test.

usually i’m not a fan of sweet, floral scents (on me) but i’ve always wanted a perfume that’s sweet and feminine. they were all just too strong until i tried this one! it’s sweet and floral, a hint of fresh and not too overwhelming. it has wistera in its note and i think that might the reason why i love it so much. it also has rose in it which isn’t too bad. i’ve always had a bad experience with roses since it seems to always overpower the other notes but burberry was able to perfect this perfume. if you’re looking for a perfume that’s not too overbearing, i would definitely recommend this! only downside i’d have to say is that i don’t smell it on myself after a few hours. but others around me do get hints of it here and there so it’s not entirely bad!

I think the only other peach note I recall in a fragrances in my collection are Elizabeth Taylors Black Pearls and Diamonds and Rubies. I decided I like peach in perfume.MBB is soft and sweet with subtle patchouli. I like it the more I wear it. I don't have the original My Burberry but would like to try it now that I've fallen for this flanker. Beautiful bottle. This is a cute, flirty. sophisticated scent, but I’m not sold on it. This is one of my least used fragrances and I will not purchase it again. I feel like Lancôme Idole ( a fan ) smells like an upgraded version of this fragrance. There’s something missing for me with the Burberry Blush. It almost smells like lipstick to me, but it does have some nice notes. It is a spring/summer scent in my opinion. It reminds me of a florals, gardens, cute frilly dresses, high tea and a picnic in the park. It’s not for me, but it could be nice for the right person.

Its also pretty affordable in terms of high end quality perfume and cologne prices as well which is always nice. Its pretty easy to find almost anywhere that sells fragrance as well because its been around for years and is super popular. Mens Colognes can be tough. Smelling from the bottle most of them smell pretty strong and gross if Im honest and then when they go on they smell a heck of a lot better. So its hard to pick a new cologne for someone and even harder for them to find a new one since you can only spray one tester on at a time anyway. Or maybe I just like wearing cologne because I really do so who knows The bottle is very cleanly designed. Has lines that are easy on the eyes and the wood grained cap gives that nice man in the woods in the city vibe. It would look nice on any mans dresser. The scent is very sensual, seductive and straight up sexy. Its probably described as a clean and fresh scent, and it is but it also has a very warm and seductive vibe to it without being overwhelming. The quality of it is great. It will last from the moment you put it on until you sweat it off around 14 to 16 hours. If you put it on clothing it could be there a couple days. But its not overly strong either. Its just really well made. Now when we put a scent on ourselves a few hours later we dont smell anything. Thats because we have gotten used to it but if you spray it on your shirt and take it off to go to bed and go smell it in the morning you will see what Im saying is true. It also has an expensive undertone to it. You can always tell a scents quality and price by the scent that comes last. Kind of leaves a taste in your mouth type of thing but for scents. It has a very clean ending with only the bottom notes of the scent and no cheap filler that ruins it. The bottle itself is thick glass and very sturdy. More sturdy than how well the cap stays on it has a normal push and spray dispenser as you can see from my picture that allows a normal amount for a cologne out so its very easy to control and doesnt allow bacteria from your hands and body to change the chemistry of the scent like dabbers do. I definitely recommend this for both men who want a fresh and clean scent that smells younger but not immature or women who love wearing Colognes that dont smell like a lumberjack would wear them. If you like Cool Water, Dior Sauvage, or Crush the orangey bottle you will most likely like this since its been proven those with the same favorites will most likely like the same Colognes so if you like any of those this is a safe bet for you. Its a pretty universally loved scent though so even if you dont love those chances are you will at least like this.
