Burt's Bees Shea Butter Hand Repair Creme 90g

Burt’s Bees makes the best hand creams for winter skin…those of us living in colder climates know that a quick moment outside without mittens can make for sore chapped hands. Luckily, this repair cream works wonders. Light scent, not greasy. Highly recommended.

I love Burts Bee I have used their bodycare since they launched! They are super affordable and have a awesome quality. Shea Butter is one of my favorite ingredients. It is super moisturizing which my hands need especially I the winter time. They keep my hands super soft and hydrating. It keeps my hands from cracking and they are so soft a healthy. I love this hand cream and I highly recommend them!

I love this stuff. I have crazy dry hands as soon as temps drop, and this is the only lotion that helps. I actually bought it because someone I follow on Instagram said she uses it specifically for her hands. I grew up as a nailbiter, and I’ve spent the latter part of my adult years trying to strengthen my nails. I use cuticle oil as often as I can, but I regularly forget. I have this lotion right next to my bed and use it before I go to sleep. I will agree with other reviews, it is fairly greasy. It’s almost like the ingredients separate in the bottle, so sometimes you get oil and butter. I use a pea sized amount for my hands and rub it into my knuckles and my cuticles specifically. Burt's Bees Shea Butter Hand Repair Crème: I have used many many hand creams and lotions throughout the years and have never found one quite like this. The scent is very minimal to me, and some lotions are heavily scented, this one not so much. The coconut version has more of a scent than this specific one. It absorbs just like any other hand cream would except it doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy or oily which is a huge bonus for me. Overall, I keep one at home and one in my bag and I always have people asking to use my hand cream! The hand salve is also just as great of a product for your cuticles!

This hand cream feels slightly greasy (in the best way!) upon application because it is a heavy, moisturizing cream; I let it “dry down” for a couple minutes then continue on with my day. I have noticed significantly increased moisture levels and my hands look younger with use, so I cannot complain! Great for winter.

Ran out and bought this tonight since the store was out of the baobob hand cream, (which I love) but oh man what a mistake this was. The smell is absolutely NOXIOUS. I opened it up and legitimately thought that this was a years-old tube that had gone bad and started rotting. The smell also doesn't go away like another review on here says--I left it on for ten minutes before I wanted to gag, and ended up having to wash my hands four times before I didn't get wafted with it anytime I moved my hands. Sure it seems like it would be super moisturizing, but the smell overpowered any benefits. There is no way I could wear this to work unless I wanted to receive complaints. What a waste of money. Excellent product!

Heals cracked fingertips if put on before bed and several times during the day after washing hands. I have sensitive skin %26 this doesn’t bother me at all. The fragrance takes a bit to get used to but isn’t horrible %26 dissipates quickly. The benefits are unmistakable.

Great for Overnight Use

I initially didn't like this hand cream because it is quite thick and is difficult to get out of the tube and takes a bit of effort to get it to absorb into the skin. It also has a very strong patchouli scent. Over time I have come to love this hand cream and use it mainly last thing at night. I have become accustomed to the scent which I quite like now, and although it takes a bit of effort to get it to absorb, it does an excellent job of rehydrating and healing my dry winter hands. I would prefer a lighter hand cream for daytime use, but for overnight use, I think it's an excellent product.

Quality hand cream but strong smell

Loving the hand cream. I wash my hands constantly in my job and so was looking for a healing cream and I do feel this works, however my struggle is with the smell. I like that it is natural smelling I guess, but wish that they put another essential oil in to balance the bitter smell this has. The other issue is I am fairly certain the tube is about to split. When it first arrived, it was super stiff and the tube needed to be kneaded a little and it seems as though the tube was about to split. Have been gentle with it since. Suggest being a little careful. Saw another review where it split open on someone, so my concern was confirmed. Anyhow, great cream, a bit smelly.
