Cadbury Favourites 265g

I thought click and collect would make picking up my chocolates much faster until I went to collect. I purchased 3 boxes of Cadbury PERSONALISED chocolates. I collected 3 boxes of chocolates with a white sticker complete with the chosen names in font less than 1mm in size (could hardly see it with the naked eye. I raised it with the staff member who advised even though I ordered the chocolates online the day before, the printer wasn't set up to print the names until the upcoming weekend. I then had to wait 37 minutes for the staff member to set up the printer (on a different level) for the 3 boxes of chocolates. Massive time waster / massive fail. Will never use click and collect again!!

I buy different personalised items most years, may it be Tolberone, Nutela, Milo etc and this is the first time I have wanted my money back. Please be aware that this is a printed sticker stuck to the front of the box. It isn't very clear on the "Nanna" photo. Unlike say, the tolberone which the personalised name is printed on the actual box. I would not recommend this. Also this is my first ever review on something, this is how passionate I feel about other people not getting duped into buying this lame "personalisation" sticker.

I always love buying these personalised gifts for my work colleagues. I was a bit disappointed with the Favourites as the personalisation is printed on a sticker, not directly onto the packaging as in previous years. While perhaps this is reflective in the cheaper price of the item this year, it was not outlined in the description which would have easily prevented my disappointment.
