Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

First of all I would like to say that I own all of the 3 major FPS series on Wii; Goldeneye, Conduit, and Cod. And MW3 EASILY is the best option. I will list below the features it has, and the other wii FPS games that have them.Voice chat: MW3 and Conduit has voice chat, except Modern warfare's is much better.Gun customization. MW3 easily wins this category also. Mw3 allows the player to put 2 attachments on the primary weapon, a proficiency (improves statistics), and also a pre-made camouflage. First of all many more people play mw3 so you will find more games, and it also has so many game types. goldeneye and conduit only have 7-8 game types approximately.Survival: Goldeneye has no "survival mode", however conduit 2 and mw3 do. Mw3's is endless (play till you die), and conduit's goes up to wave 20 (I think). besides this difference the two are extremely sim.

Battlefield fans might not like this game mostly because of the huge difference in map size(Battlefield being huge, cod not so much) and it's difficult for me to go back and forth playing the two because of differences in the controls. All this said, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is a solid entry in the Call of Duty line, and to be honest, most people considering this have already seen what cod has to offer. So if you're used to Xbox and Playstation, understand that playing this Wii game on your 1080 or even 4K TV will mean you'll see a game that looks kinda blocky.Also, controls are a LITTLE wonky. They can be customized to a point but I found myself several times trying to get out of places and not being able to because the controls were not intuitive. Each level takes you to a different part of the world, wielding a new kind of weapon, riding a new kind of vehicle... as acting as a new character! And the action is EPIC. Even now, in the summer of 2016, this game feels like I'm playing a current hollywood blockbuster movie trilogy all in a single game.You're dropped off in New York City where you witness buildings crashing down on you. This is really 3.5 stars, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt.I don't play the online multiplayer mode, so if you're like me and want the game to stand on its own, it does deliver in some respects.I initially played the campaign and some of the survival maps but that really didn't do anything for me. IT was as if they put together a movie and let you control the star. The controls were smooth and the Objective pure and simple. It's a solid shooter, and it's one of the most balanced releases to date. The controls are very smooth. The game is polished, and it shows. I normally dislike COD map design, but I have to say I was impressed with MW3 maps. Most maps are what I would describe as "medium sized", and there is far less CQC in MW3 than any of the other releases.Sadly, call of duty elite is a joke (at least for PS3). I would not recommend anyone to get it unless they have a very active clan.I didn't purchase MW3 for the single player, so I'm not fit to review that aspect.

It's easier for less experienced players to play, and that's why I love it(I have a beyond terrible time aiming). I love the weapon selection and the perks you start out with. The only reason I haven't mentioned the campaign is just because we just started playing it so I will most likely update or create another review about the campaign. My wife's song's dad played the survival mode with me and that was awesome and I'm glad he showed it to me. I definitely recommend this game to lovers of war and combat games. When Block Ops II comes out, we plan to get it and we will officially own every COD game for PS3.Now that we have two player online, I can say I'd rather play this game than Black Ops simply because in Black Ops, the second player does not get to keep their weapons. It goes back to the default and you have to redo everything, every time. In MW3, you keep everything, and you don't have to buy anything with points, you just simply unlock stuff. I really wish Black Ops did that, it would the playing so much more fun.
