Callaway 2023 Warbird Golf Balls 12pk - White

Affordable, great distance, not clunky or hard--so what is the catch? The ball isn't the most durable. Considering I lose about 2 balls a round, this is a non issue for me. This ball beats other affordable distance balls on feel. I gave 5 stars on value--for a mid high handicapper. I'm not comparing it to a Pro V1 obviously.

Best round ever

So... shot a 76.Handicap officially 28, play to 18, played to +5.The ball was immense, drives beyond my usual, putts that never missed. I had the best round and it was in my view ball related. I'm a fan. I'm also 'high' off my round writing this at home, post 3 beers. If you are the mid range handicapper, teens to twenties, and can hit 60ish m/s then this is your ball.@callaway massive thanks

Fantastic Ball

For years my golf ball of choice was a Titleist Pro V1 . Last year I turned 75 in December; my swing speed had really slowed down; I accepted the fact that I was no-longer a spring chicken; AND, that I needed to play a different golf ball!My search for a new golf ball that would satisfy my needs lasted for several weeks; and, I tried out 40 to 50 different golf balls; none of which I liked!Eureka; June 7, 2020; on a dare, I tried the Callaway Warbird; the Warbird is absolutely fantastic; It played as well as a the Titleist Pro V1; and, I would highly recommend the Warbird to anyone!Fantastic ball at a great price!!!

Flying high, strait, and long

Long, straight and still puts nice. I'm no pro. I'll birdie a hole and bogey the rest. I donate at least 2 balls to the fish each round. Are these as good as Chrome soft? Not even close. Chromesoft balls spin better, and hit straighter off the driver for my swing. But they are more than 2x the price. So if you sacrifice balls to the golf gods like I do, it's hard to drive/put/wedge a better ball than a warbird.

Golf Monthly Verdict

The Callaway Warbird is a decent distance ball that can certainly offer yardage gains. For some, it won't offer quite enough spin and control around the greens, but for those who want every bit of help getting more distance, this won't be too much of a concern. The price also represents very good value for money.

Great golf ball, unbeatable price point

I played Warbirds for some time and loved them. Per a friend, I tried two boxes of the Bridgestone E6 over quite a few rounds. While I found the E6 to be quite good, I did perceive some difference between the E6 and Warbird. I recently hit six of each at the range and felt the Warbirds were clearly better and more comfortable.I've since ordered more Warbirds and I will stay with that ball. It has a great flight/shape and feels great on all shots everywhere from tee to cup.

I didn't need a tour level ball

Started to take golf serious 2 years ago, pre-covid. Spend the last year hitting different tour level balls. Read through reviews on GolfWRX + MyGolfSpy. Started this year buying non-tour level balls. Ended up with the newest Warbirds, all three rounds with them I delivered better performance I've had. Even gave the Titleist Tour Speeds a chance after, and didn't deliver the same output the Warbirds gave me.

Low cost ball, but not the most durable.

Decided to give these a try instead of the Supersoft Matte ones I usually get because of a few dollars savings. Out of the box they feel soft, similar to the Supersofts. After a few rounds I started to notice the surface getting gouged up when I would get a strong wedge or higher iron shot. They have good distance and feel consistent, but really disappointed with the durability of the outer shell. Good ball for the money, but if your thinking they’ll keep up to the Supersoft, you’ll be disappointed.

Warbird is a great ball for the amateur

I regularly find myself splitting my time behind this ball and the ERC triple track before handicapped rounds. These balls feel great and have the perfect amount of spin to stop on the green but not so much where the ol' fade becomes a big ol' slice! I enjoy these balls and I recommend them to amateurs looking to lower their scores and not break the bank.

great product and fast pick up

reliable product. couple of my friends score average 100 and they really love this ball. Long distance and great durability. When I have golf tournament or outing, I always buy this ball and give them as awards.
