Now before I start, I have to tell you that I just got these and have only used them a couple of times. So far, so good. I love that i have the option to put these into the oven as well. The metal handles will get very hot but I use pot holders for that. I did not get the ones that need no oil because I like using butter and oil. It gives good flavor. I use plastic and wooden utensils and they have not scratched. Nothing has stuck and they aren’t easy to clean. They look nice too. I won’t recommend these yet because I don’t think I’ve had them long enough or used them enough to do that. But… SO FAR SO GOOD

I've had this pan for about five years now. We use it at least four or five times a week cooking main meals. We cook on a natural gas stove. This pan has never been in the dishwasher and I have never used any abrasive pads on it. In fact, I use the ScotchBrite scouring pads for non-stick and teflon pans. It is no longer non-stick and we cannot get the build up off the pan. I am really disappointed in this as we expected this pan to last a lot longer than the five years we've had it.

These are great pans and this was a terrific price on them. We already had a the large sauce pan from the set so decided to buy some more. I love the frying pans and the sauce pans. The other pans are too heavy for me due to arthritis but my husband loves them. We've had other for over two years and it has worn beautifully. We expect these will do the same. We highly recommend them for non-stick, safe cookware!

I purchased my first set of this fantastic cookware 28 years ago. This past holiday season, it was time to retire them. You can also make a lifetime of cooking a breeze with proper care and handling, by buying Calphalon. I also purchased the roasting pan with the rack and have made many very large Thanksgiving Turkeys to perfection.
I had a 4 qt. 141 Chef’s pot from my wedding, and it has stood the test of time for years. So when it was time to upgrade from my Revere ware set I purchased an entire Caphalon set. Not the same quality at all. The pans I got had non stick coating and have already started to rust on the bottom where a metal utensil scratched it. I want to get an omelette pan, but honestly it is impossible to tell the different product lines apart.
As a Mother and home cook, I am so very thrilled with my purchase (in 2015). Yep, 6 years ago and still working like a charm. This product is amazing - and customer support beyond stellar. I dropped a lid to my stockpot, it shattered on my kitchen floor. I reached out about purchasing a replacement lid - only to find out my actual set had been discontinued. To my surprise, a 'replacement' was mailed to me - yes, a whole new stockpot! I highly recommend Calphalon to all my family and friends. A tried and true, loyal customer!!
I bought these years ago when they were just gaining popularity but after they improved their warranty. I had 2 pans that performed less than perfectly. They required pictures and were replaced with no issue. FOLLOW their use and care suggestions! They are there for a reason and are not hard to follow. You will be very pleased and worth the money!
My best friend has this set and I was helping her prepare meals for her and her family. This is such a pleasure to cook on Calphalon. I love the non stick feature, the even heating was remarkable. I was also impressed with how well they store in the cabinet. I am so jealous of my friends cookware. Will be making an excuse to help her again real soon!
I got the 10 piece hard anodized cookware and within 6 months the coating was flaking off. I took them back to the store and was just going to return them but I was told they must have been defective and I was convinced to try a new set.. I always hand wash and never used tools other than the ones that Calphalon makes. Well, again the coating started to flake even though I was very careful to be sure only the tools made bt Calphalon were used, they were washed, dried and stored properly. It has been 4 years and I didnt save the paperwork so I have a set of pots and pans that are just taking up space because I don't have the heart to throw them away. I would think twice before opting for these pots and pans.
Bought this at Christmas of 2020. It started sticking after 6 months. I have nonstick cookware for 36 years, so I do know how to use it. I never put it in the dishwasher, never used metal, just did not work. The handles on the stock pot are not designed well either. There is only 'rubber' on part of the handles, so you have to be very careful to grab them. Very disappointing. A suggestion - if you buy nonstick like this, season the cookware first. This cookware says you don't have to, but it is the only nonstick I have not seasoned, according to their suggestion, and it ended up being the only nonstick cookware that failed very quickly. I replaced this set with T-Fal.
