This was a great fragrance! And it’s still good today. It’s citrusy fresh with some spice, and slightly masculine. I mainly smell lavender, lemon, bergamot, basil, geranium, coriander, jasmine, sandalwood, vetiver, musk, and amber. The performance is about average 5 hours, 2 hours projection, and then a nice scent trail after. It’s just a lighter scent after 5 hours, but people will still detect it. It doesn’t have the same power as it did in the 90’s, it was an easy 10 hours! But it’s still great, and women seem to enjoy this scent on a man. So yes you’ll get compliments. It’s fairly cheap as well for a big bottle. Give it a try!

When I read the description of a fruity top note built around green apple followed by aromatic notes I was a little apprehensive that this would be too girly for my tastes. Im definitely not a fan of the unisex fragrances that seem to be all the rage these days. I neednt have worried. This is a proper mans fragrance, and although it is new it feels like a classic already. The smell is powerful and seems to last well throughout the day, meaning you dont need to use too much. I love the packaging and bottle which Id describe as a classic manly army inspired colour scheme and shape. I have been using Clarins products since my teens and this being one of them. I use it mainly as a body spray. 4 sprays every morning on my body after showering and once Ive moisturised my torso. A 200ml bottle lasts me about 6 months so a little goes a long way and this is not to be sniffed at no pun intended Im still gutted that they decided to axe the eau Dynamisante satin finish body oil and eau dynamisante shampoo but hey ho. The spray has in my opinion a very clean smell and it not greasy nor oily in texture. In my opinion although it is an eau de toilette spray I would not personally consider it potent enough to use solely as one. I therefore use it as a body spray in conjunction with another eau de parfum fragrance. It complements most.
