We ordered this with the bark inlay and it has not held its colour at all. It has faded to a purple colour. The numbers have rusted and the top has started to peel. Tgus all happened before it was 12 months old and we are going to have to replace it. There are others in the street that look great but unfortunately ours seems to be a dud. It did arrive quickly though.

I've had this letterbox for about 2 years. It's a great design, and though I cut off some of the metal from the lid to reduce the weight of it, but works perfectly. Unfortunately the powder coating is very thin. It had a couple of small chips off one of the corners when it arrived, but no big deal I patched it with matching spray paint. About 1 year in, the roof of the unit started to rust through the powder coating. I sanded it back and re-painted. It's now starting to rust through again in multiple spots on the lid- could be the spot welding? If I was to buy another unit, I would pay and get it coated with a thicker coating. It's a great design, very secure and practical, but this one aspect lets it down for me.
Really good mailbox. I would add more mounting holes at the bottom to fix it to the ground to give it more support. Could be useful sloping the top of the lid slightly for water to run off. Otherwise it dries dirty on the lid from water pooling on it.Overall a great product
We purchased the Camden+ mailbox to replace our previous brick letterbox, as the old one leaked and didn’t keep mail dry, ruining letters. Not only does the Milkcan product look great, it keeps our letters safe and dry, and the parcel space was a great way to receive parcels securely. Very happy with the product. Only slight downside was the limited colour choice availability; we sprayed ours with a couple of coats of colourbond to get it the shade we wanted. Minor gripe aside, it’s been a fantastic improvement to what we had before, and I rate the product very highly.
We have just built a new house and almost everyone in our street has the same letterbox so we wanted something a little different and after some research decided to go with the Camden Parcel Letterbox. It looks so sleek, and love that we can easily get parcels without having to go to the Post Office weekly now. It also came pretty quickly too which was very impressive!Would love to share a photo once we have finished landscaping, but it looks so great!
Loving this letterbox, it looks amazing, it wasn't too heavy to put into place, it came with a bolt (and Dad was able to install it :P ).Do note that since it isn't heavy you want to install it straight away, if possible, since ours did get blown over and a tiny bit scuffed when we put it out the day before (we were expecting a letter).I have had both letters and parcels in it, very very happy.
The thing I love the most about the letterbox is the security. Once post goes in, it can't come out unless I unlock it with the key. I do find it sits a little low however, and need to really kneel down to get to the mail. Best to install on a thick bit of concrete so it can sit higher.
As a post and parcel box, it works very well. Weather proof. Ease of use. Secure to a point. After the box was broken into and the rear door damaged I was disappointed to be told that you cannot purchase replacement doors. The structure was untouched. The rear door clips out and a new one can be easily fitted, but no replacement door, so I needed to purchase a whole new unit. Only disappointing feature. Overall does a solid job! Fit for purpose
