The customer service was just out of this world. An Australian company that really does go out of their way for customers and only wants you to be happy with product.Mind you, it helps when the product is of outstanding quality and genuinely brings that extra comfort in your life. Worth every penny.And everything they say about their products and company are also true. Heartening in a consumer world of spin and exageration. What they say you will get, you will get.First time review in my humble retail life.It gives you pride they are local as well.

Actually I'm a little disappointed. WHen I called to order 1 RS bath sheet it was suggested that I buy the twin pack. I've always bought these towels for their thickness and longevity. The twin pack towels which I have unpacked but not yet washed or used are quite a bit thinner than those I already have. I'm considering returning them unless I can be assured that washing them will result in them 'thickening up'. Is there another alternative? Thank you.

Ordering and delivery very easy. Quality excellent. I bought them for my daughter’s wedding anniversary. I am thrilled to see you bringing manufacturing back to Australia. I am now 86 and don’t need more linen myself. I am still using CanningVale towels I bought 20 years ago and they are still in good condition! They are used regularly. Keep up the good work!

Good and delivery was prompt. But i got an email from Royal mail the day i was expecting them saying i owed more on post. $3 i think. I knew i had paid postage so ignored that thank goodness.The teal towels are lovely except it sheds particles so my bathroom is now covered in teal microfibers. Have you got any cure for this or will it just wear off as i wash them more?thank youGrace

I chose the beautiful green color for these bath sheets. They look and feel great. I've washed them a few times. However, they leave the bathroom with fine green particles everywhere. Even after washing and shaking they are still leaving green particles everywhere. So sad. I'm this will ease the more I wash. Cross fingers

Purshased the Royal Splendour bath sheet twin pack as well as matching hand towels, face washer and bath mat. The quality is great. Such lovely thick towels that abosrb well and stay looking and feeling lovely. They wash well and don't become rough after line drying. This is the second set of towels I have purcahsed in this range and I am really pleased with the quality and colour.

I bought the royal splendour bath sheets. The quality of the towels is relatively poor. The towels leave fluff over everything even after washing. I contacted customer support and they said this was normal.Sorry Canningvale, but it is not normal for a good quality towel, I have many towels that have not shed in the entire time we have owned them. Even our bathroom floor is covered in fluff. I think I might need to get my towels elsewhere if this is "normal"

I recently purchased 2 royal splendour bath sheets in the oceanano Teal.They are the most beautiful colour I have seen. The towels are large and thick and a good quality.They also come with a 5year warranty, cant get better than that.I feel good that I am supporting an Australian family company. My products arrived with the week. I am so pleased with my purchase I went back and ordered 2 sets of towels .Thank you Canningvale Australia Keep up you great work X

The towel are very good quality but their absorbency is not as good as other towels and they shed a lot of fluff. They feel amazing on the skin but the skin remains damp after wiping (not good). This has been my experience even after more than three wash cycles.I hope that they become more water absobent (after all this is the reason that you use a towel) but at this stage I would not recommend them.
