After failure to get Epson 13x19 Lustre paper to print in new Canon Pr0200, I ordered Canons equivalent product. Despite improvement cardboard corner guards, one corner on paper was damaged. This has been an ongoing problem.

For anyone starting to print on Canon printers, this is the paper to start with. Almost any image once prepared and suitable for print looks good on this paper. It has a nice ICC profile, a reasonable thickness, dries quick and a great pop with a nice balance of shine without being too glossy. Blacks have room on this paper to express themselves. Bill Atkinsons widely circulated test print came out perfect on it first time, and matched well against my calibrated monitor. In the distant past, I printed developed many thousands of prints in the darkroom, personally and commercially, mostly in black and white and obtained a very sensitive appreciation of tonality and detail. I am finding a great joy in returning to making my own prints again, and the full circle experience of it. I am also looking at making my own frames as well. I feel no need to return to film, as the modern technology has advanced so much. Making our own prints makes us better photographers, particularly when expanding our repertoire of paper types, and at least for myself, I find that I am reflecting more when photographing how it will look on print.

I use the Canon 13x19 photo luster paper to proof my fine art prints produced from original paintings. Its great quality paper and works beautifully with my Canon color printer. I highly recommend.

I have a Canon pro1000 printer and this paper is the perfect paper for this printer. Prints are really great looking on this paper and will last for many years. Will buy again and again as I do print a lot.

I had seen professional photographers prints done on this same paper but I doubted that I could achieve equal results. The only other Canon paper I had ever used was the Glossy II in 4x6 and 5x8 format. Having recently acquired the Canon ProGraf 300 printer, I put it, along with the 13x19 Pro Platinum, to the test. The images were beyond amazing They actually looked better in print than they did on my high resolution 27 inch monitor that I used exclusively for photo editing. Digital screens, no matter the type or resolution capability, cannot compare to what this paper and the printer, of course can do The images I printed were mostly wide open landscapes from the Black Mesa, Oklahoma area. I cannot say how well the paper might work for other applications nor can I ... MoreI had seen professional photographers prints done on this same paper but I doubted that I could achieve equal results. Digital screens, no matter the type or resolution capability, cannot compare to what this paper and the printer, of course can do The images I printed were mostly wide open landscapes from the Black Mesa, Oklahoma area. I cannot say how well the paper might work for other applications nor can I attest as to whether it last 200 years as Canon claims Who cares because I will not be around to know one way or the other. I do know that the last two prints I shared with my family brought tears to some of their eyes. What more could you ask from your photo paper
Use professionally with Canon PIXMA Pro 100. Beautiful prints, the quality of very noticable when compared to other nonCanon products. Most importantly My clients are blown away by the clarity. It gleems of high quality. Could not be happier You truly get more than you pay for. Get this product.
When I want a high gloss print and not every situation calls for that this is my go to paper. The blacks are just so deep and rich and the highlights hold detail. I find my black and white prints have a glow that I just have not been able to get with other papers. I use this with my Canon Pixma Pro100 printer.
I use this paper for fine art photo reproductions. I print on a Canon 9500 Pro and the pigments work beautifully on this paper. I get wonderful tones and details that make my photos POP. The pictures must be handled carefully as not to scratch them. I use this paper for 80 percent of all of my prints for my gallery.
