The printer worked fine and printed a few pages (like 5-6) over a month or two and then ran out of ink. Seriously, they put that tiny amount in a new printer? But that's nothing, it then decided it didn't understand how to feed paper so decided not to feed anything, which means it can't do its basic job, print. So, it is now, after just a few pages, absolute junk.If you love the sound of a printer whirring away (it's very good at that) or like having a printer tell you to "Wait momentarily" for minutes on end (it's good at that too), or like the mystery of a non-printing printer, then this is the printer for you.If you actually want to print something, stay away from this one.

Was in need of new printer/MFC and wanted A3 capability. Although this is advertised as a "Craft" printer it ticked nearly all of my boxes for home office use. Only thing I really miss with this mode, that I do rely on from time to time is the ability to auto double sided scan using the ADF. Overall though, happy with the purchase. Print quality is great, small printer footprint for A3 capable printer and included consumables and extra ink a worth while bonus.

Just recently purchased this. It’s a breeze to setup, could easily print from mobile or laptop. I like the A4 tray, I wish A3 have its own similar tray. I havent fully tested everything yet, but I know it suits my A3 printing/scanning needs.

Great Craft Printer
12 August 2022

This is a brilliant printer for crafters. It can print on A3 paper and card, which is ideal for me as I am just learning about card making. It has several templates for backgrounds and was very easy to set up. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that I have to keep the display part of the printer ope and also keep the output tray out for it to print automatically, and this then takes up a lot more room on my desk.

Great all round printer/scanner/copier
25 May 2021

A great all round printer, scanner and copier. It seems to go through a fair bit of ink, but I'm still on the first lot that came with the bundle (so can't really complain). Prints nicely on plain paper and photo paper, haven't tried it yet on thicker card or envelopes, but I imagine they are fine too. It does everything I need it to and more. Saves power by turning off when not in use, but that means if you're air printing from out of the room it's in, you need to go to the actual printer and turn it back on, which kind of defeats the purpose (not too much hassle though really). I haven't managed to get it to scan to my MacBook from the actual printer buttons yet, but I think that's just a set up thing.Pros: Saves power, easy to set up, software seems intuitive, ... MoreA great all round printer, scanner and copier. Great printer but no printer driver for Mac
11 February 2023

It's a great printer that I got on sale. I mainly print photos for family and create cards. I use ILFORD fine art paper or Red River Paper and the quality is amazing. It also prints great with Canon Glossy paper. I've used the Easy Photo Print Editor software a few times to make quick collages. However, it's highly disappointing that Canon has no printer driver for Mac so there is no possibility to select paper types on Mac such as glossy or matte. I got in touch with their customer support centre and they clearly don't care. You might look for a profile to download to use on specific photo paper but some might not work with the TS9565... The only other option would be to get a Windows laptop as Canon has a driver for this system.

Great printer!
16 August 2021

Great printer copier scanner. Prints quite fast. Wireless connection. Print from phone, PC or memory card. I find it very easy from the phone but have a small amount of difficulty from my computer, but could be my lack of technology. In saying that, i have had it print from that but possibly just a fluke. Havent yet tried a memory card. It comes with spare ink too. Prints up to A3.

Has issues with connectivity
18 July 2021

Brought this printer for my small office and the ability of it to be connected to wirelessly. Connection wirelessly was ok but overnight the printer goes offline and am unable to reconnect without having to go through the whole reinstall process again which is super annoying, so much so that I now have it connected via cable which was not the reason I purchased the printer. When it operates it is fine and prints good quality prints so I would definitely recommend that part.

Perfect high end printer without breaking the bank
8 July 2021

Great printer, haven’t tried the A3 printing yet but I’m very keen. Prints are crisp and the colour is vibrant. Love that it’s high end but still a personal home printer. Perfect middle between cheap $70 AIO printer and the way too expensive to own dedicated photo printers. Was a little bit of a pain to connect but we have Mesh Wifi and once I figured out it wanted to connect to the main router and not the sub routers (only after pushing WPS button-no other way) did it work!

Product info misleading. Very disappointed
7 January 2021

Looking at the info provided, do you see anywhere a statement that this product DOES NOT scan or (hence copy) in A3? Answer is no. I am a savvy shopper and have worked in IT for many years. I cannot believe I was duped into buying this printer by the poor communication of the product information. Incredibly disappointed and feeling ripped off. I have not even finished setting this up. Just want to return it and get something else.
