I started using this product to help me recover from a hamstring strain. I took it in conjunction with CanPrev's Myco10 product and saw incredible results. Along with a steady rehab program, I was able to get back to 95% within a week. This was 3-4x faster than the results I had seen previously with exercise alone.

I started using the product to help with recovery from a minor patellar tear. Within the first few weeks I started to notice a difference not just with my injured knee but all my joints. I tore my meniscus in my right knee just over two years ago; the tear showed up on the MRI as a "complex" tear. It was very painful and limited a lot of my activities. Collagen Joint and Cartilage powder

I can’t say that I’ve noticed any difference as of yet but I do enjoy that the powder dissolves easily and that it’s flavourless- which makes it easy for me to take. I have confidence in most of the knowledge of staff at Kohlya. Jim recommended this to me with confidence and I’m trusting it might help. At the very least I expect it to help prevent further deterioration.I’m also taking the Opti Joint
