Obviously having children we love to have many activities in our house and with this classic game it's always fun! It's very affordable plus you can pick this game up almost anywhere. We're teaching our daughter to play!

I think that chess is a good game to play to pass the time but on the other hand is not a simple game to play and to learn there are other games out there that are fun and competitive. I was expecting to have a fun and long game that was simple to follow but it was long and confusing. This is my own opinion and it may be liked by many people like if you were to goin a chess club it would be perfect for you

It's a good starter set. Don't expect a high quality chess set. Mine had scratches on the board, But for $11 not bad..
Just the color was different from what it was shown online!
