It is not often that you can find a brand of cod liver oil that is pure and tastes good. You don't get a string fishy or lemony smell here. Just nice! Good for supplementing omega 3 and vitamin D suitable for any age young and old. Note this is kids size. Should have gotten the adult size one.

It's a great quality product, offers anything that i was searching for to give to my kids. pure, without heavy metals. adding to their health a great deal. they all take it without hesitation, no after taste. itspleasant. i give them every day. with the benefit of the extra vitamins A, D and E together with a mix of the right vitamin B's it gives the kids exactly what they need to grow and stay healthy.

This is very good for omega-3 fats which are very important. The cod liver oil is high quality and the taste is tolerable since it has a lemon flavor. We use it daily and it benefits all ages. It is a glass bottle package which I appreciate. I see improvement in my general health after this supplement.
