Bought the Carlson brand at recommendation of a nutrition-knowledgeable friend for it's excellent quality. It's pure ingredients with no additives. The slight lemon flavor is delicious and takes the edge off whatever fishiness may bother some people. My husband and I both take it on a daily basis sometimes mixing it with turmeric powder as another inflammatory booster. We also give it to our dog who can't wait for his share. After trying pills (not as pure as liquid form) and other fish oil brands Carlson is consistently the best. 2 thumbs up.

The best omega I have ever purchased! And this is my 3rd order. Norway cod liver oil is Always in my basket.Taste is so great-non fishy smelling and feeling during the day! It is good also for my children(1 and 3 y.o. 1tea spoon daily). Do not forget to keep it in your fridge! Carlson is the most favorite brand of our pediatric. My babies are waiting our morning routine so warm. Clear ingredients(non gmo etc) and information. Delivery is fast and packaged very good! The one thing is making me upset -Transportation when children is going to visit grandparents for a week. 🙃(bottle is heavy). Of course, I make refill for another small glass bottle. Please do not safe your money for your and your family health!

I initially bought this for my dogs because I heard cod liver oil is a better supplement than salmon oil. I know it is jam packed with omega 3 and there are multiple benefits including cholesterol control, heart health, inflammation, beautiful shiny hair. However, my dogs refused to eat it because of the strong lemon flavor. My father started eating a spoonful of this every morning and he stopped taking fish oil supplements. He felt more energy at his age and loves it. Now I have to order more for him! The ingredients are high quality and the package is well done and easy to pour into a spoon.
I tried this at a girlfriend’s and had to come home and buy. It is really good…I mix 1T with 2T of tart cherry juice. It’s a great and healthy combo…and tastes a slight lemony and tart cherry. I’ve tried other brands but the quality of Carlson is far superior. After a week of taking consistently, my stomach (which was off) is feeling a good 60% better. And my mood is better.
