I have been taking these pills for more than a year to lower my glucose levels. It has kept my glucose stable.
I'm not 100 percent sure it's bringing my A1c down, but it's not affecting any other lab results, so I'll continue with it
My husband is a diabetic and since he started taking Bitter Melon, his blood sugar level has greatly improved. I would suggest that anyone who has diabetes to take this supplement in their diet for breakfast and lunch every day.
Seems to be a good quality and I have been taking it for a while now, But I don't see anything coming from using it, Maby it just me but we are all different it might work for someone else
