Carmex Lip Balm Jar 7.5g

I LOVE CARMEX! I've been wearing it for at least 25 years. Most of that time I used the little pots that I had to use my finger to apply. Also it was the only way it came for many years. Once i tried these tubes there was no going back. My lips want carmex all the time. It makes my lips feel so moist and soft. I probably have 15 tubes or more because they are in each purse, makeup bag, and room of my house. I always have spares because my lips are addicted and I want access to a tube at all times! Sounds ridiculous, but sadly, it's true.

I have to be super picky when picking out lip balm. My line line is so sensitive that even a summer breeze will cause my lip to break out. Unfortunately Chapstick brand and Nivea cause some horrible pimples after I use them. EOS balm just don’t do anything and Vaseline is gross, so I was stuck! I work in a super dry environment and need some heavy duty lip care. Many UK/European based Flight Attendants rave about this brand and swear by it, so I was intrigued. NO BREAKOUTS!!! I now have a balm in each purse and many on back up! Just be sure to keep them away from ANY heat. They tend to melt pretty easily!

I don’t like the scent at all! I don’t use it for the scent, so it doesn’t bother me. I’ve been using this stuff on years, it’s the only thing that keeps my lips soft and moisturized. My lips would get so dry and chapped, nothing would work. I hope this information helps. I wash my entire face, including my lips with my skin routine. Afterwards, I take a paper towel and gently exfoliate my lips, pat them dry, apply the Carmex and then whatever gloss I’m applying, at night I will do the same thing, instead of a gloss. I use a lip mask. It makes a world of difference. No cracks, they’re not dry. Supple, glowy and soft. It works! I only exfoliate when needed. Also, I do use black soap in my skin routine. I think that’s what really helps with the exfoliation.

My ultimate go to lip balm!

It is my absolute favorite lip balm of all times. I always and always repurchase it for years now. The price here is quite good as well so I usually purchase a good amount of them for whenever I run out. They moisturize right away and have SPF as well! If your lips are dry, you might feel tingly or a bit stingy with first use but it’s nothing to worry about. With time, as your lips become more moisturized that does not happen. That was the case with me. It does not have a certain scent. The size is actually good it lasts me a long time. I would highly recommend it.
