A great addition for weight loss

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and may be seeing results already (no measurements or photos taken before so just my guess). It tastes nice and mixes well with water as well as protein smoothies (WPI), it comes with a scoop for easy dosing. I have a great exercise routine and diet and hoping this and some other changes will help me drop the last bits of stubborn fat I aim to lose.

I haven’t take enough to give an honest feedback. I like the taste. It tastes like sea salt in a way. The smell is pretty bad. I placed it in my water bottle and I struggling with the bad smell. I thought my bottle was dirty.

Fantastic Product
13 October 2020

I’ve been using True Carnitine every day for a few weeks now and am thoroughly enjoying using it , I find that I recover quicker and am looking forward to see how it reduces my body fat percentage over the coming months. It has such a pleasant taste, I really enjoy drinking it. I use it in conjunction with True Creatine and True PRE workout, all products are fantastic and my workout performance has never been better.

Haven’t noticed any difference
2 February 2023

Have been taking Carnitine for the first time for a little while now. Have not noticed much of a difference, for better or worse. Unsure exactly what difference the Carnitine should be making.

I didn't magically lose 30kg overnight.
24 February 2023

Tastes fine mixed with water, but I bought this product after seeing an Instagram post from the ridiculously good looking Odette Blacklock while I was mindlessly sitting and scrolling for hours on end. Disappointed that I didn't lose 30kg in one night, I guess I should get up and actually move my body, and eat clean healthy meals IN CONJUNCTION with this product if I want to see results *sigh*.

Packaging needs improvement
18 March 2023

The knock on the rating is more about the packaging. The tiny spoon that is included makes it difficult to obtain the product when the level drops in the pouch. My fingers get covered in the supplement. A suggestion is to include a spoon with a longer handle or reduce the size of the bag as the contents don't go beyond half the hight.

Really upset my gut
2 December 2021

I was excited to try this and incorporate Carnitine into my routine, but it unfortunately had an adverse reaction to my gut and made me feel very unwell (I followed the recommended directions). After looking into it, it appears that abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting are all common side effects. Something to be aware of, especially if you have a sensitive gut.

Reduce Body Fat %
30 August 2020

I just finished with the whole packet in the last five weeks, consuming 3x a day. It helped reduce my body fat and weight, that had plateau for a year. I was on a 12wk training program. The first six weeks without taking Carnitine, no weight loss and no reduction in body fat. After taking Carnitine, body fat gone down 0.4%! Highly recommended.

Tastes horrible
6 January 2019

I am not sure if I received a bad batch, or if they changed the formula, but the carnitine I ordered tastes absolutely horrible. I can't mix it with any of my drinks. It adds an awful sour aftertaste to everything. This is in very stark contrast with the other reviews, so I am hoping that this is simply a bad batch, because after 2 servings, I get nauseous about even trying it again.
