This product is very effective for leg and ankle cramps. I suffer badly from leg and ankle cramping at night time and taking this regularly twice a day reduces the symptoms and with use over 3-4 weeks they stop. Highly recommend this product.

I have been suffering leg and feet cramps for many years on and off and only ever used magnesium, recently due to extra hours and more time on my feet at work I was barely getting a few hours sleep a night due to excessive cramping, I started taking these tablets about 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say I’ve barely had a single cramp and if I have it was very minimal. Highly recommend. Just ordered my second bottle as I definitely don’t want to run out.

The only product that really helps my crippling cramps.Do think it would be more easily absorbed if in a capsule form as l have to chew the tablet before swallowing for effectiveness but in saying that l thank you for this product.I have cramps like no other man, lol.

On a day of high activity or going to the gym, i would get horrific night cramps. Even taking Hydralite didnt always work. Since taking Caruso's Cramps Away (and Hydralite) I no longer get these awful cramps.I have bought 2 more bottles.
