Recently changed from Fish to King Krill Oil capsules - happy with results, cost & taking one capsule daily instead of 3 or 4.
This brand is very good with no artificial additives and often comes on sale. Olive leaf I use in winter to strengthen the immune system and it is said to be an anti oxidant. I feel they benefit me greatly.
It really helps to reduce the longevity and severity of a cold. I start to take one a day at the onset of a cold, and it really helps to keep it at bay!
Just restarted taking Olive Leaf - this is not my regular brand; but hopefully will still help my immune system. My order arrived in a timely fashion. All good!
