I took the 7 days pack mainly for bloating, which did help a lot, so that case it was good. I adhered to the plan and ate the recommended foods, but I didn't drop any kgs. But am generally a clean eater, except for those naughty days.

Must admit I was a little underwhelmed. Over the years I’ve used other kits but thought I’d give this one a try. It’s always a bit difficult to be completely objective, as this is as much an impression.
Excellent product. It is exactly as described. Ensure to follow the instructions and make sure you don't start the program on a work day 2-3rd day are the worst but make you feel really good after. But you can't be far from the toilet...

I was so disappointed with this product. Firstly, it's expensive for what it is. Essentially 4 different tablets and a booklet to read. I read every word, I did the correct preparation, I did the exercise and I stuck religiously to the ridiculously limited food plan. Every single morning I hoped that something would happen, that there might be some shred of improvement with my gut and constipation issues, and NOTHING happened in the entire 7 days. Literally nothing changed, I continued to feel heavy, bloated, full and energy-less. After a week of eating much healthier food than I usually do, drinking 2-3 litres of water a day, sleeping more and going for a daily walk, there was NO movement on the sclaes whatsoever.... but more importantly, I didn't feel any ... MoreI was so disappointed with this product. After using it I didn’t see any changes though.
You wanted me to be honest so I will be. I wasn’t overly impressed with the quick cleanse program. I can’t see that it has made any difference to the way I am feeling. I’m still feeling bloated, the bow cleanser did nothing at all.
It's not miracle medicine but it certainly did its job and relieved me of some bad symptoms. If you can stick it out for a week and follow the diet guidelines you will get some results.
