This was the only Rhodiola I could find with both rosavins and salidrosides in the ingredients.
I've had anxiety for more than 26 years & using this product with the Caruso Ashwaghanda has made me feel incredible! I have no anxiety ridden stomach pains that have driven me crazy for as long as I can remember. It's perfect to help the adrenals. Took about a week or so to feel the effects and 2 months on, I'm a new person. I highly recommend this product!

I bought these for my teenage son, who suffers social anxiety and they have helped him with this extremely well, he can function normally and no longer dreads going to school.
I combined this with good nutrition, exercise and positive mental health strategies eg focussing on the good not the bad in my life and what I could do, eg walk , rather than what I couldn't do now ,eg run. I researched online and heard a lot about rhodiola improving low energy, focus, stamina/endurance so gave it a whirl as part of reclaiming lost fitness and enthusiasm. Working for me as part of holistic health toolkit. I had been told to look for products with 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides - Caruso's delivers above this and is also Australian, which I like. I continue to buy.
Just bought my 3rd one and happy with the product. It took me a while to notice but it did help with my stress levels and other issues. Years ago I used to use the actual Arctic root and this one comes close second.
