I had a health issue that seemed to only be 'sorted' by taking the Caruso's Mg powder because it was a medical grade recommendation; it helped immensely but was quite expensive. But now the issue is getting under control, I swapped to the tablet version and it is keeping things sorted without the 'gritty' taste of the powders. After trying a lot of different vitamins/minerals/supplements I only buy Caruso's now.

I tried these pills from a shop and they worked so well for the cramps in my calves from ballet, I brought the bigger container direct from Caruso’s. The shipping time was quick and I appreciated the pill container they send and the supplement book.

We have tried many different products to stop the multiple cramps my husband gets at on e and for me it is Restless Legs and this is the only product that has completely stopped both of our problems. I would recommend this to anyone.
Settles well in the tummy. Tablets are large but easy enough to swallow. I’ve been taking them for a little while now and I think they have made a difference. But we all need magnesium so they certainly aren’t a waste.
I was having trouble with multiple muscular cramps -- hands, arms, legs, and feet. My partner suggested magnesium supplements. Not long after starting these the cramps were all but gone. I believe in the "placebo effect" but in this instance I think it couldn't be a factor.
I had done a considerable amount of research on quality Australian vitamins and Caruso was rated highly. I had been taking their vitamin D for some time with great results and recently purchased the magnesium. I am having great results with it as well. I highly recommend Caruso vitamins.
Really good magnesium supplement. Had been using another high strength magnesium but this one seems to be working better on muscle cramps.
After being gifted the Caruso's Super Magnesium at an event I tried it for the heck of it. I honestly didn't think it was doing much for me at all... until I ran out! I noticed my muscular aches and pains slowly returned and I felt a little more 'on edge' and restless again. Now I have picked up some more I am again feeling rested with far less aches and pains, especially since increasing my exercise and coming into the cooler months.
I rated the magnesium at just 3 because I have no way of knowing the quality of the supplement. I bought them on trust because they are a well known Australian company. Excellent service and price
