All the benefits of high dosage D3 at an excellent price. Recent research is revealing many reasons to use higher dosage of D3 than was standard in the past, as few people get very much D3 from exposure to the sun due to the dangers of too much exposure to direct sunlight. And 10,000 IU is still totally within the safe dosage range.For elderly people (like me) D3 can start depositing calcium onto blood-vessel walls so it's best to also take vitamin K2 (irrespective of D3 dose) to restore the D3 to putting calcium on bones, where it is needed (and as it does when you are younger!). I should say this is an unpaid, unsolicited comment based on medical advice.

My husband & I both take these capsules and find that taking one daily they are easy to remember to take and are very cost effective.
As a coeliac, one of our biggest concerns are medications and health products. Food labelling has progressed significantly but medications not so much. I was reluctant to take vitamins even though my GP advised it was necessary. Now that I have found Caruso’s vitamins I know where to go if I require other vitamins down the track. I need to take three of these tablets to get my daily dose, I wish I could get a higher iu- but they do the job, a little more expensive than elsewhere… happy to have them when I needed them.
