Cheap, versatile, feature packed & LEGENDARY

Absolutely the best value watch I've ever owned. Bought as a holiday watch that I wouldn't mind getting beaten up or coated in sand. Loved the stop watch feature which I regularly use to time my teeth brushing. The alarm is also great as a secondary wake up if your phone dies. The date & alarm setting can be complex the first use but it becomes routine within a week. 100% recommend as a beater watch or a first watch. One thing that could be improved is the backlight but I'm aware there are other models that do that for a higher price. This watch cannot be beaten on price to features.

Has what I was looking for but ...

Small, lightweight, appears to keep accurate time and has an alarm and backlight but ...The backlight illuminates with a simple press of the button but the "dial" is dimly illuminated and is only legible if the watch is held at a peculiar angle which is not one that can be achieved while the watch is on your wrist.The alarm does go off at the set time but it is barely audible. If, for any reason, I have an article of clothing over the watch or between the watch and my ear it does wake me.I purchased this for backpacking specifically for illumination and the alarm. I will find a "work around" to make it work. I am disappointed because I need to find a "work around".

Most common watch for a reason

I have owned my Casio F91W for over a year now. As an active young man, the relative ruggedness and water resistant features of this watch are things I enjoy. At this price point, I have recommended it to others and bought one as a gift.After 14 months, the damage I have sustained is some scratching to the plastic and glass. Glass took a while to scratch, and overall I do not expect breakage. Even swimming with it for a few minutes has not broken my watch

Ok but not as happy as other buys

I think maybe I got what I paid for & it works ok however I feel I have bought other watches from retail outlets for cheaper & they appear to be more robust & better quality. Iam retired tradesman so these had fairly tough life. If this one lasts as long as them all good. Perhaps I should start looking higher up the price list Quite happy with quality of last fashion watch I bought for similar price ? Difference. Cheers Peter

One of The Best Casio

F-91W is a fantastic watch. It has a very wearable size, comfortable to wear as it is light, and most importantly it is reliable. On top of all that, Casio kept its design original since its release in 1989. This is one of those product that I will continue to buy throughout a lifetime. I just only have one suggestion/wish - please make the Casio F-84W available outside of Japanese market or revive some of the other F-series Casio digital watches from the 1980s. I am sure it will sell well. So far we only have F-91W that’s black in color and with resin strap with vintage design. Thanks!

Timeless perfection - a blast from the past

I ordered this Casio watch because I was tired of looking at my smartphone for the time. The F91W boasts a simple, functional design, water-resistance. It features the time, date, day, stopwatch and alarm. What more do you need? It's lightweight and quality watch that's super cheap to own. I used to own this watch when it first came out and little to nothing has changed. You don't change perfection. Oh, did I mention it has a backlight? It does, it's not the greatest illumination, but it' does the job. This is literally the best budget digital watch you can buy for under $20. Bar none. Casio quality.
