I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift & he loves it a lot. He has it connected to his IPhone and it works properly. All you have to do is download the app that is with the watch and you have the complete features. So far he has not had any issues. He is very happy with his watch. I would recommend most definitely.
Just not what I expected. I own a Mudman along with a few others and I'm used to the heft and overkill that's built into those. This watch is smaller and much lighter than previous Gshocks, I would assume from the new carbon fiber frame. However contributing to the lightweight-ness is the very thin band that has a cheap plastic clasp. Awesome they're quick change, they look like they're designed to wear out. Adjustment buttons (esp. the "A") are touchy and make the watch difficult to sync. After finally setting my time zone I hit the "A" button accidentally and the watch promptly reset to Tokyo time. Done.
I wouldn't recommend this watch to my worst enemy.It should be priced at mabye 125$, at the most.The battery is atrocious.It looks basic.And it smells.
This watch looks great but very plain, not much to it ...For the price you would think it would have more options, The other down side is charging this watch ...Left in direct sunlight for eight hours and only 3/4 charged and get up next day to low battery ...Just Alot of money for very little options ... But looks good
