I purchased the Castelli ROS Vest, the size guide was spot on - I ordered a S, Im a size 6-8. I had to exchange my first order as I wasnt too keen on the colour, but it was no problem, and the exchange was really quick! The vest is perfect for those nippy downhill spins and looks very stylish!
Good wind proofing. Fits over winter layers and stuffs in a large pocket. Only thing missing is a secure pocket for valuables.
Keeps off the wind chill and waterpoof front is good for light rain. Rolls up small enough to put in jersey pocket. Worth the extra money. Fit is snug, I got medium and generally a uk 10
I've been searching high and low for a gilet that doesn't flap. I was hoping to get a thin one that I could put in my pocket if I got too warm but I settled on this slightly thicker, water resistant one. I've worn it a few times now including on a recent ride in the far north of Scotland when the sun was out but the wind was freezing and it did the job perfectly. While I haven't worn this gilet in the rain, having numerous other Perfetto garments, I can attest that they do keep you dry in light rain.
Bought this having tried an alternative (cheaper) gilet, which didn’t do what I wanted it to do. This one has been tested in the rain, wind etc. It packs down small, but is brilliantly wind proof and keeps me warm. Looks great too - the gripper on the hem keeps it in place.
Followed size guide.product came up to big. Still not managed to work out exchange process website not clear . E mailed customer service still not clear? phoed but without right ref. cant help then I get this survey back !!!!
i love how lightweight it is and yet it works well as a windbreaker. the size chart is accurate. the small was slim fitting , not tight.
