Been sticking to castrol magnatec full synthetic oils for few years now. Found it to help with engine performance without any problems to engine so far on a ute that does 200+ kms a day. Used nulon full synthetic which seems to make engine more sluggish. Used shell and penrite, ok but average performance and protection(assumption)

I run this in my 2008 3.8L Jeep Wrangler JKU rather than the recommended 5W-20. Better protection at start up and a smoother, quieter engine - can definitely hear and feel the difference, especially during Canberra's hot weather and on long trips. The 6L pack is good value as the 3.8 needs 5.7L - so means a little left over for top ups. Well worth it!
Excellent oil. The only problem is that because it is a specific oil for Ford vehicles it is only rarely on special.
The only Castrol 5w30 A5 oil available at retail level that meets Ford WSSM2C913-A/B/C/D without going and getting a 20 L drum. 6 litre size is perfect for both my mondeo and territory engines as they both have large sumps. I always stock up during a sale to save $$$
Best oil for Ford Fiesta - when you use this oil with the ryco filters you can’t hear your engine running, comparing this with Pentire oil you can hear your engine running. Buy this stuff when it’s on sale and stock it up. It’s worth the dollar.
Happy with the product. Price at 20% off is robbery. In your opposition 2 weeks later & their normal price is $5 cheaper than your 29% off price. Not happy.
Great price on sale.Click and collect so easy.Castrol, so know it is good, but disappointed to find it is manufactured in Thailand. Knowing this I would prefer Penrite, but it was not on sale.
I have been using Magnatech for over ten years in a number of vehicles that all get punished hard. This oil is top notch. i highly reccomend Magnatech. Value for money and keeps engine cool and handles any punishment i throw at it in various straight six engines or V6 or my turbo 5 cylinder to name a few. Great oil.
