The product complies with our expectations. Only downside, the smell of plastic of the material.
Really good urn. Boils regularly and in between keeps the water as hot as needed. Has a thermostat to control the temperature when it's on heating mode. Not too noisy. Very happy with it.
So far I am really pleased with the Water Boiler I purchased. Hopefully this will continue.
Heater works exactly as described, only downside for us is it takes around half an hour to fully heat up,whereas our old machine only took around 8 minutes, but held considerably less.
We have only had the item since TRUEterday, but all our customers love it, it makes us look more professional and is just the right size for our needs.
Wonderful for catering for large groups. FAst heating. Great safty features.
A little disappointed that the filter init is exposed at the base. It needs some form of cover as previously supplied. It looks unfinished
